Plain flour 200g

第一次做全手工饺子

这是我们宿舍第一次做饺子🥟 说实话 虽然过程很艰辛 但是收获满满💪🏻 从擀面到制作馅料我们都是第一次 虽然说没有超级无敌好吃 但是味道还是不错滴


下面让我们一起看下都需要准备些什么材料吧


饺子馅需要用到的材料

玉米 韭菜 三分肥七分瘦的猪肉 生抽 料酒 香油(这里饺子馅没有固定的分量哦 想吃什么就多加什么就好了哦 自己想吃别的馅料也可以换哦)



葱和韭菜洗干净控干水分后切碎备用 


用刀贴着玉米整排切下玉米,这样取下的玉米粒会粘在一起,需要用手分开


选三分肥七分瘦的猪肉作为肉馅 搅碎猪肉


把切碎的猪肉末、葱末、韭菜末和玉米混合均匀后加入盐、糖、生抽、少许料酒和香油,如果混合起来有点干的话可以加点水后搅打上劲



下面再来做饺子皮


我们是自己揉面做的饺子皮 也是第一次做 所以做出来的皮会比买的厚 建议小伙伴们可以去Asian market买这样比较方便


饺子皮需要用到的材料

普通面粉 200g

2g

90g


面粉过筛加入冷水 搅拌均匀直到看不到干粉为止 然后面粉会呈雪花状 把它们揉在一起成团 再将它揉至光滑的面团 盖上盖子醒10分钟


10分钟后就可以开始把面团擀开 尽量擀薄 然后用圆形杯口压出形状就好啦 然后就开始包饺子咯 按照喜好包出自己喜欢的形状



然后下锅煮或者隔水蒸
