【Xiuyang Kitchen】Dried Tofu with Hot Peppers

This is a quick dish. Simple and delicious😋!



First prepare shredded ginger garlic slices Zanthoxylum

(I use the peppercorns and chili peppers in the Huangfeihong Mala Peanuts. After I finish eating a bunch of them, I dump them into the box. The box is already full. It is also very convenient to use it)


Then we need green peppers and tofu skin. Green peppers are cut into rings, bean skins are cut into strips, and you can cut them into whatever you like.😄.



Prepare a little starch, add water, and stir well.



Pour oil in a hot pan, add a little more oil than usual for cooking, add peppercorns, shredded ginger, and garlic slices when the oil is hot.

Saute until fragrant, add green peppers, and stir-fry for a while



Pour in the tofu skin and stir fry. After the bean skins are all in contact with the oil, add a small bowl of water



Cover the lid and simmer, cook the tofu skin for about three minutes, remember to add salt to taste.



Open the lid and cook to evaporate the water vapor. When there is still some water left, pour in the prepared starch and thicken it. Turn off the heat, pour in the chopped green onions, and you're ready to go! There are basically no technical requirements, and a very simple Kuaishou dish is shared with you~

【秀羊厨房】尖椒干豆腐

这是一道快手菜。简单又好吃😋



首先准备姜丝 蒜片 花椒

(我用的黄飞红麻辣花生里面的花椒和辣椒,每次吃完剩一堆我就倒盒子里啦,已经装满了一盒,每次炒菜就可以拿来用也是很方便了)


然后我们需要青椒,豆腐皮。青椒切圈,豆皮切条,切成啥样都行,只要你喜欢😄



准备少许淀粉,加水,搅均匀。



热锅倒油,比平时炒菜稍微多点油,油热放入花椒,姜丝,蒜片。

爆香倒入青椒,翻炒一会儿



倒入豆皮,翻炒翻炒。豆皮都接触油以后,加入小碗水



盖上盖子焖煮,把豆皮煮熟,大概三分钟吧,记得放盐调味。



开盖煮,把水汽蒸发掉,还剩一些水的时候倒入调好的淀粉,勾芡。关火,倒入葱花,就可以上桌啦!基本没有技术要求,非常简单的快手菜分享给你们~
