吃面包最喜欢用手撕着吃,加上最近迷上了椰蓉,那就动起手来满足口腹呗😋😋😋


250克面粉、1个鸡蛋、4克酵母、60克糖、1克盐、100克温水,放进面包机里开启面团模式;当面条开始形成筋性的时候加入10克半软化的黄油,继续面团模式;

椰蓉馅:10克室温黄油、1个鸡蛋、40克椰蓉、20克糖,搅拌均匀,把面团

把面团擀成正方形,铺上馅料(面团要搓成一层薄薄的膜哦⬇️






卷起来,切成三份,顶部不要切断,然后像编辫子一样编好
