以下是留学几年来总结出的最美味的泡面秘籍!



1.咖喱味儿方便面一定要用热牛奶煮。一点水都不要!  煮出来就是那种奶香咖喱味,和泰国店里吃到的一样香甜!



2.老坛酸菜牛肉面一定先用番茄打底~然后再煮面加酸菜包。酸酸甜甜,还有维生素!




3.辣白菜方便面一定要加一片芝士再打个蛋! 每个地球人必备🤫







4.锅烧热放点猪油把蒜爆香, 我煮面之前一定要这样, 重点是要加鸡蛋,加了鸡蛋我基本不要油料包了,只要调味包就行了。光是猪油蒜蓉的味道就能流口水了🤤




5.那种干拌面一样的炒面方便面加美乃滋,胖的没眼看但是好吃啊!日本的夜店炒面(一款方便面)其实也就是调料包+蛋黄酱呢!




6.泡椒牛肉方便面+火腿++芝士+番茄。这应该是人尽皆知的高级方便面配料8





7.火鸡面煮面的时候窝个荷包蛋,蛋黄别煮熟,拌面的时候戳破鸡蛋一起拌! 面条也不要煮太久。吃的时候蛋液混着面条,面条弹牙,蛋液顺滑。吸溜吸溜就吃完啦!


8..农心的拉面一定要煮的,快好的时候敲一个鸡蛋筷 子,稍微搅一下,破型就可以了,不要像打鸡蛋那样搅,超好吃! 


9.康师傅有一款辣卤香牛肉面,记得一定是开头带辣的,放两包一起煮少放水,煮到汤汁变浓稠但不要像炸酱面那么干,超他妈好吃,面入味汤香浓!



10.还有一个火鸡面吃起来没那么辣的办法:就是先一样的就是在锅里煮面,煮熟了后把水倒掉加辣料,然后再在锅里搅拌一两分钟,出来的面就是有点黏糊糊的,但是很好吃!




11.炒方便面:辣椒葱花爆香+油料包+断生方便面。快好了撒一点点粉和胡椒。( 对于炒方便面我暂时还吃不出花来)





12.我写一个别的地方看到的。方便面水不要加太多,煮出来味儿重一点,吃完面条+一小碗米饭,撒葱花~我想了想就好吃啊!可以放在早晨吃!我吃拉面(日式)也是这么吃的,为啥拉面就米饭?因为好吃啊!跟菜汤拌饭一个道理啊!


13.火鸡面加马苏里芝士,还有不要把水倒完,再加青菜午餐肉
