Cha Cha Daily Recipe - Fried Shrimp with Chicken Soup with Vietnamese Rice Noodles and Vinegar Cabbage




The chicken soup that was not stewed yesterday is ready today🎉


Breakfast is still a banana honey sandwich~Because there was half a banana left yesterday and Avocado still underripe🌚   I usually bake bread at a tune of 1.5steps   that's1and2middle   so the bread is not too crisp or too burnt    The milk seems to be broken and I am in a hurry to go out   so no milk 😪




Why go out in a hurry    Because I'm making chicken soup   Think about stewing it before going out and drinking it after class~   


Chicken is a whole chicken purchased fromWal-Mart   I usually buy it when I want to make a large plate of chicken   Use half of the leftover chicken to make a large chicken Cut chicken breasts for his use   leftovers Bottom of the chicken neck,  The skeleton of the chicken breast ,  Internal organs and chicken wings and drumsticks are generally used To stew or bake~

Then Vietnamese rice noodles   < span class="s5">Bought several Vietnamese rice noodles and beef soup in Asia Supermarket last semester   span>Basically never used   < /span>I will use it for surgery today↓↓↓

Because I think it may be too bland for a single chicken noodle soup   And no greens either    span>I wanted to add asparagus and found that I finished it with steak yesterday😂   So decided to add a vinegar cabbage    I caught a few more shrimp later    The prepared picture is in the Vietnamese rice noodle picture above~


Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces   < span class="s5">Add two dried chili peppers   Add a little pepper~


Seasoning→Vinegar+A little sesame oil+Oyster Sauce   < /span>I sometimes add a little soy sauce(My strange taste< /span>🌚)


Hot Pot   Pour oil   then Saute the spices, ginger and garlic until fragrant


Fry the shrimp until discolored


Add Cabbage   Fry for a while   Pour in the seasoning sauce and continue to stir fry


Then you can cook it😝



Because I added soy sauce   So the color is a bit dark

叉叉每日食谱——鸡汤越南米粉和醋溜包菜炒虾仁




昨天没有炖成的鸡汤今天炖好啦🎉


早餐依旧是香蕉蜂蜜三明治~因为昨天还剩半根香蕉以及牛油果依然没有熟🌚   我一般烤面包会调1.5   就是12中间   这样面包不会不脆也不会太焦    牛奶好像坏掉了加上着急出门   所以没有喝牛奶😪




为什么着急出门呢    因为在弄鸡汤   想着出门前炖上下课回来就可以喝了~   


鸡用的是Wal-Mart买的整鸡   一般要做大盘鸡的时候会买   做大盘鸡用半只剩下的半只鸡胸肉切下来做他用   剩下的鸡脖,  鸡胸的骨架,  内脏和鸡翅鸡腿一般就用来炖汤或者烤了~


先把鸡放入锅中加没过鸡块的水开大火把水烧开   然后关火用温水冲洗鸡块洗掉浮沫   再把鸡肉放入锅中加水   放入姜片和葱   等水烧开转小火   因为怕火大扑锅所以我开的最小的火   但是由于火太小所以我上完课回来鸡汤还是特别清澈那种_(:з))_

下面这张图里的那个是洗过后入锅加葱姜   我上课回来之后   转中火再炖半小时之后的效果图





然后是越南米粉   上学期在亚超买了几种越南米粉和牛肉汤料   基本还没用过   今天就拿它开刀了↓↓↓



锅里水烧开   把米粉放进去煮4-5分钟然后捞出来用凉水冲洗   我用洗蔬果的那个不知道叫啥的洗的   就是上面装包菜的那个   处理完是这样👇🏻防止粉坨成一坨   可以在它最终下到鸡汤里前时不时用凉水冲一冲抓一抓




因为觉得可能单独一个鸡汤粉太清淡   而且也没有青菜    本来想加芦笋的发现昨天配牛排吃完了😂   于是决定加一个醋溜包菜    后来又抓了几个虾仁    准备图在上面那个越南米粉图里面啦~


姜蒜切小   加两个干辣椒撕小   再加一点点花椒~


调调料→醋+一点点香油+蚝油   我有的时候会加一点酱油(我这个奇特的口味🌚)


热锅   倒油   然后把香料姜蒜爆香


虾仁下锅翻炒至变色


加入包菜   翻炒一阵   然后倒入配好的调味汁继续翻炒


然后就可以出锅啦😝



因为我加了酱油   所以颜色有点深


这个时候把鸡汤盛出一部分   剩下一点汤把越南米粉倒进去   再煮一煮   也可以出锅啦~   上合照!!!




觉得鸡汤米粉味道太淡可以把粉夹出来放到盘子里👇🏻    味道也不错哦~




做多了一点但是我还是吃完了!!!后来还吃了酸奶🙈👇🏻   加了蜂蜜   然后加了混合cereal




晚餐又懒了   煮了泡面   加的咖喱块   本来想加牛奶的但是牛奶坏了😭



配小黄瓜和无花果~   要有蔬果才健康哦~


其实我知道自己大概吃不完   所以留到晚上做完天鹅腿啃吧🤣
