Man Ye's Beijing Fried Sauce Noodles.

Beijing Zhajiang Noodles
150g Each box contains a packet of bread and a packet of sauce.
(I cooked 3 boxes at a time because I am a foodie).
Cooking method:
1: Boil hot water and put the noodles into the pot. (cook for 4-5 minutes)
2: Stir constantly to prevent sticking together.
3: Cook, isolate the boiling water. (Pour the water away).
Add your favorite ingredients:
(Corn power, edamame kernels, eggs, ham, luncheon meat, shredded fungus, shredded bamboo shoots, shredded chicken, etc...)
I put ingredients I already have in my fridge. As shown.
Lastly add the sauce packet.
You can sprinkle some sesame seeds. more fragrant.
You can also add:
Spicy red oil, I love this spicy red oil recently. I have to add it to everything I eat as the finishing touch.

The above is for the purpose of taking pictures and putting on the table.
Here is my lunch. a large bowl.
Stir evenly, so that each side is sticky to the sauce, it will be delicious! .

After eating:
First time eating.
The texture of the noodles is still good.
The sauce tastes just so-so (I added half a spoon of sand tea sauce later).
Overall still delicious.
Eat in big gulps.
In fact, such a big bowl is not only for me to eat!
I cooked it for my cousin and nephew. (Lunch)

日常的“北京-炸酱面”
北京只去过一次。
12岁的时候。
只记得最出名是“北京烤鸭”
至于还吃了什么,就不曾记得了,(当时还小)
今天给大家带来
躁爷 北京炸酱面
躁爷 北京炸酱面。

躁爷 北京炸酱面
150g 每一盒有一包面和一包酱料。
(我一次煮了3盒,因为我吃货)。
煮法:
1:烧热开水,将面条放入锅中。(煮4-5分钟)
2:不断的搅拌,防止粘在一起。
3:煮好,隔离开水。(把水倒掉)。
放上自己喜欢的食材:
(玉米力,毛豆仁,鸡蛋,火腿肉,午餐肉,木耳丝,竹笋丝,鸡肉丝等。。。。。)
我放的是我冰箱里现有的食材。如图。
最后放上 酱料包。
可以撒些芝麻。更加的香。
也可以加入:
麻辣红油,最近特爱这款麻辣红油,吃什么都要加上点,作为画龙点睛。

以上是为了拍照好看摆盘好看点。
以下才是我的午餐。一个大碗。
均匀搅拌,让每一条面都要粘酱料,才会好吃哦!。

吃后感:
第一次吃。
面的质感还是不错。
酱料味道就一般般,(我后来加了半勺的沙茶酱)。
总体还是好吃。
大口大口的吃。
其实那么一大碗不止我自己吃啦!
我煮给表姐和侄子吃。(午餐)
