Fork of the Day Recipe - Fried Tofu, Lettuce and Potatoes

The classmates came to eat at home today   Because she doesn't eat spicy food, the dishes she cooks are bland   span>This is a group photo of the preparation materials~(There is also a Large tomatoes on a cutting board)   here The only spicy thing is Liu Po Chili Noodles   A little left over from my last purchase   I have been reluctant to eat it   but yesterday I bought another pack in my order~   So you can eat it without fear today😝


Four dishes in total   Eat for three   It took about ten minutes from the start of frying the first dish to the end.   < /span>All are very simple dishes~   span>The taste is relatively light



Today the avocados are finally ripe(more than half of them…)   So breakfast is milk todaycerealand Honey Avocado Toast   0 span0Nutritious and healthy~







Because there is only a small lump of minced meat in the refrigerator compartment   0 span0And half an onion and half a potato   0 span0I thought about frying it together


Add a little cooking wine, oyster sauce and starch to the minced meat and grab it for later use


Pour oil into the pan   < span class="s1">Pour in onions and fry until transparent


Add minced meat and stir-fry


Add potato chips and stir fry


Finally add oyster sauce and stir fry and it's ready to go


I put the order of the three materials here according to my own ideas   It was a hodgepodge of dishes😂Fry the onion first because I think it will be more fragrant


If you are afraid that the potato chips will be hard to cook at the end, you can fry them for a while or put the potato chips earlier   Because my potato slices were thinly sliced, I put them at the end







Fried lettuce is also one of my favorite dishes   Because I think I have to eat green vegetables every day, lettuce is the most common and favorite dish in American supermarkets

Using oyster sauce or soy sauce for fried vegetables    But there is no Asian Super League in the castle and it is all Lee Kum Kee.………


Seriously, I think Haitian soy sauce is a hundred times better than Lee Kum Kee's.


When I changed the soy sauce for the first meal when it arrived, I obviously had a different meal

The first bottle of soy sauce I bought in the US was Haitian   < /span>Yamimi's first order just a few days after arriving in the US   And various sauces    


Fry vegetables in a hot pan and add garlic to fry

叉叉每日食谱——煎豆腐 清炒生菜和肉末洋葱炒土豆

今天同学来家里吃饭   因为她不吃辣所以做的几个菜都很清淡   这是准备材料大合照~(另外还有个大西红柿在砧板上)   这里面唯一辣味的东西是六婆辣椒面   是上一次买的还剩一点   一直舍不得吃   但是昨天下的一单里面又买了一包~   所以今天可以肆无忌惮吃它啦😝


总共做了四个菜   三个人吃   从开始炒第一个菜开始到完全结束大概也就花了十几分钟   都是很简单的菜~   味道都比较清淡



今天牛油果终于熟了(一大半…)   所以今天早餐是牛奶cereal和蜂蜜牛油果吐司   营养又健康~







因为冰箱冷藏室里面只有一小坨肉末了   还有半个洋葱半个土豆   就想着一块儿炒了算了


先把肉末加一点料酒蚝油和淀粉抓一抓备用


锅里倒油   倒入洋葱翻炒至透明


加入肉末炒散


加入土豆片翻炒


最后加入蚝油炒一炒就可以出锅啦


这里放入三种材料的顺序我是按着自己想法来的   本来就是个大杂烩一样的菜😂先炒洋葱是因为觉得会香一些


如果怕最后放土豆片会难熟可以多炒一会或者早一些放土豆片   因为我土豆片切得比较薄所以我最后放了







炒生菜也是我比较常做的一个菜   因为觉得天天都要吃青菜而生菜是美国超市最常见我又比较喜欢的菜


这里用的是生菜心   一般超市一袋三颗那种   炒了两颗   做法十分简单   但是我同学上次吃到这个菜的时候对我赞不绝口   原因是什么呢?






就是这个!!!海天酱油!!!!!


一般炒青菜用蚝油或者酱油    但是堡里没有亚超附近的亚超里又全是李锦记………


说真的我觉得海天酱油比李锦记的好吃一百倍


当初这个到货我换酱油的第一顿饭我就很明显吃出了不同


但是现在海天酱油亚米持续缺货😭😭😭😭😭


同学也说想买海天酱油


我之前买的两瓶已经快用完了


所以希望赶快补货上架!!!!!


我到美国买的第一瓶酱油就是海天的   刚到美国没几天下的亚米第一单   还有各种酱料   


炒青菜就热锅加油加蒜炒香


然后下青菜翻炒   可以盖上锅盖焖一会


倒入酱油翻炒   就可以啦


(加入青菜后直接加酱油或者焖一会后再加酱油都可以)




煎豆腐   用的是一般超市就能买到的firm tofu


热锅   锅里加一点点油然后把切好块的豆腐放进去就可以不管啦   开中火


差不多炒青菜的时候我同时开始做这个   青菜炒完豆腐翻个面~    然后去做番茄炒蛋


番茄炒蛋鸡蛋炒完炒番茄等番茄出汁的时候豆腐就差不多可以出锅了


煎豆腐我一般两种吃法   都很棒


第一种就是直接蘸辣椒面   这个其实就是傣族小吃包浆豆腐    豆腐被煎的外焦里嫩配上咸香的辣椒面   想想都口水直流((٩(´͈`͈)۶))   辣椒面是亚米买的六婆的辣椒面   独立包装非常适合我这种小食量人单独使用   味道也非常棒!!!!   其实最开始是买来做油辣子的   后来想到在国内火烧云吃过的包浆豆腐   也看到有人推荐这个吃法   就试了试   从此爱上煎豆腐🤗


把辣椒面倒在小碟子里~豆腐装盘 






第二种是豆腐煎好后倒入调好的酱汁   今天中午调的汁特别好!!!被同学夸赞了(˶‾᷄⁻̫‾᷅˵)    是用海天酱油+蚝油++   因为同学是江苏人好甜口   但是我自己吃也觉得很不错!!!(甚至把打算蘸辣椒面的豆腐又夹了几块放到汤汁里🤣)

这顿饭其实是比较素的没啥肉   不过也适合太热没有什么食欲的夏天


饭后来一块冰镇西瓜   实在是太棒啦😆
