叉叉每日食谱——青椒牛肉丝, 老干妈蛋炒饭和黄焖鸡

封面图是今天中午的老干妈炒饭   标题上的菜是昨天做的~    蛋炒饭把鸡蛋打进去后发现吃不完所以剩下了一些今天再吃   然后煎了个蛋   吃的时候发现蛋清可以像掀被子一样掀开hiahiahia



家里肉不多   前天从冷冻室里拿出来化冻的肉是两片牛肉和一块鸡腿肉   所以打算一炒一炖


青椒牛肉丝和上次豉汁牛肉丝一样的做法只是什么都不加~


第一次做老干妈炒饭   以前做炒饭里面都会加各种各样的配菜   这次懒了本来只加了但   出锅前想着家里老干妈消耗速度太慢就加了一些~用的是辣三丁


蛋炒饭是用两个鸡蛋拌饭了然后又另外炒了一个鸡蛋   所以蛋很多很香~~~


其实蛋炒饭如果能用猪油会更香   家里还有一些肥肉   打算有时间弄一下~~现在美国普通超市比如foodlion就有猪油卖   不用跑去亚超买啦




黄焖鸡硬是被我做成了一锅绿因为昨天周六我赖床了然后中午就啃了个面包   觉得自己没有吃够蔬菜😖


黄焖鸡其实也是个十分简单的快手菜~~~因为鸡腿肉很容易熟


首先把鸡腿肉切块   锅里放油下鸡块炒一炒到完全变白   然后倒入一点料酒和一些酱油炒一炒   加水没过鸡肉   如果吃辣这里可以放入切碎的小米辣~还可以加一点花椒   我家里没有小米辣所以加的干辣椒


大火等水烧开转中火   煮大概十分钟   然后放入切块的土豆(我觉得自己根本吃不下那么多所以就没放土豆)


再煮十分钟左右就可以揭盖转大火收汁了(其实也不需要那么久可以适当的缩短时间~)


加青菜的话出锅前一两分钟加就行   我加了圆生菜芦笋和一点点青椒   青椒如果加太早的话会有很重的椒味   所以如果要加青椒出锅前一分钟加稍微断生就行(如果喜欢烂一点的就两三分钟前吧)



那么一顿荤素搭配的健康餐就做好啦~放合照


旺仔牛奶是好久之前亚米买的   昨天喝的时候发现一罐245ml的旺仔牛奶才180   我还要买!!!!





再放一下前天的午饭   是剩下的鸡汤煮了越南米粉配小黄瓜片和肉末炒橄榄菜   橄榄菜是亚米买哒~配白粥hin好吃


这里我要吐槽一下美帝的小黄瓜   皮也太厚了吧直接啃好难受只能刨了皮吃🤣
