开学季!五款简单抗饿的健康早餐💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻

转眼已经九月份啦!


不管是在LA还是NY的小伙伴都应该开学了吧!

(求求各位没开学的宝宝们 不要评论里刺激本仙女🤦🏻‍♀️我已经开学1个半月了)


相信大家对开学充满了憧憬与热情

但是!

早饭不吃饱怎么能好好学习呢!

但是大清早爬起来做早饭怎么有充足睡眠好好学习呢!


所以,

本仙女给大家带来五款平日里最爱的五款懒人早餐,抗饿又健康!






第一款:烤蘑香肠吐司🍞🍞🍞


本仙平日里总爱在冰箱里备着一些不容易坏又非常方便就能吃的食材,如培根,卷心菜,香肠片,香菇,蘑菇,芝士,蕃茄酱,牛肉丸,紫菜等等。(不知道到底应该叫啥 就是一大片圆圆的薄薄的肉 三明治里经常会夹的那种)等肚子饿的时候,直接五分钟就能做很多道小菜啦~



食材:白蘑菇两个,香肠片两片,洋葱两个圈圈,罗勒番茄酱(或者番茄酱),芝士片一片,一点点盐。


(食材可以根据个人口味调整,但是罗勒番茄酱是灵魂) 


首先!早上一起来先预热烤箱。


🍞 接着拿出两片吐司,在面包上抹上罗勒番茄酱。(就是做意大利肉酱面用的那种番茄酱,实在没有用普通的番茄酱,但是罗勒番茄酱是这款早餐的灵魂!)


🥪 两个蘑菇切片,两片香肠切条(香肠片有时会有筋,咬一口就连着整片就扯下来了,如果不介意的话就不用特意切片啦)


🥢 然后先把香肠碎放在上面,放洋葱圈圈,再撒蘑菇片。放入烤箱180摄氏度,8分钟。(烤的时候就可以去刷牙洗脸啦)


☕️ 等把烤面包片拿出,放一片芝士。


然后开吃吧!


😋 面包被烤的麦香扑鼻,罗勒番茄酱的酸甜味混在其中,一口下去酥脆可口。蘑菇烤的嫩嫩的,芝士混着肉片。


不禁感叹芝士才是力量!










第二款:进击的吐司片!


步骤和上一款一样,就是再小火煎个荷包蛋放上去一起吃,嘻嘻。







第三款:花红柳绿(救救孩子吧 谁想到的做早饭还得给他们取名字的) 

前提:平时一个人吃东西吃不完美国一份的食材(像一份鸡胸肉一般有两块,一顿吃不完)所以我会先把食材买回家时就切好分装进密封袋里,放进急冻室。做这款早餐除了鸡蛋和牛奶都是以前分装好,切好的。


食材:圣女果,鸡胸肉适量,虾适量,青豆玉米适量(我在Costco买的那种冰冻的),鸡蛋一个,牛奶适量,盐少许。


(我拍的早餐这次起晚了,炒个蛋太麻烦了,就没加进去)


首先,早上起床先煮一锅水,倒青豆和玉米粒,然后,挑选出急冻层里的(中暑的)鸡胸肉和(抑郁症的)虾拿出来泡在水里,然后去刷牙。


刷好牙以后把青豆玉米粒捞出来,加盐,然后丢鸡胸肉和虾。


这个时候同时可以洗圣女果,然后对半切开,时间充裕可以打个蛋加点牛奶和盐,顺手炒个美式炒蛋。


把鸡胸肉和虾捞出盛在碗里,放之前煮好的青豆玉米粒,切好的圣女果和(假装有)的炒蛋。


然后就可以开吃啦!


早上我有时候喜欢吃的清淡一些。如果不喜欢吃的那么淡可以按自己的喜好加酱,比如说white sauce之类的色拉酱(但是我有时候早上吃会觉得太腻),或者撒黑胡椒。 







第四款:姹紫嫣红(救不了了 回家安乐死吧)


食材:圣女果6-7个,洋葱四个圈圈,青豆,一根烟熏香肠,芝士适量。(觉得不够可以再加生菜,生菜不能保存很久,所以我很少买)


起床,烧水加点盐,放青豆,去刷牙。


刷完牙,关火,捞青豆,丢四个洋葱圈圈。


同时,圣女果洗净对半切,香肠切片,芝士切丁。


最后把所有食材混在一起,撒点黑胡椒。然后就可以带到学校里一边听课一边吃啦!


(对的这就是我快要迟到的时候做的最快速的早餐)







第五款:牛油果水波蛋吐司片🥪



一个简单的保存牛油果的小tips:把牛油果切的碎一些,然后拌点柠檬汁。第二天牛油果会有些发黄,但是不会黑黑的啦!🥑🥑🥑


另外一个关于水波蛋的tips:直接下热水煮出来的水波蛋对于懒人的我来说也好麻烦,我一般前几天晚上会煮3个溏心蛋(制作方法就是热水煮鸡蛋5分钟然后立刻捞出来放入冰水里)用的时候像敲鸡蛋一样敲出来就好了。



食材:牛油果半个,鸡蛋一个,坚果适量,鸡蛋一个,黑胡椒适量。


把前一天吃生下来的牛油果铺在面包片上,打一个溏心蛋放微波炉15秒,(或者煮一个,早上起来懒)再把溏心蛋放在牛油果面包片上,撒一点坚果碎。就能吃啦。


或者是把溏心蛋换成美式炒蛋(鸡蛋+牛奶打散然后炒蛋)。
