No spicy food, no fried food.

This is me.

A willful eater.

Tonight's dinner is: fried tuna.

Frozen tuna fish.
Purchased at Walmart. Around $5-7.
There are 4 small bags in one big bag, which are vacuum packed.
Cooking method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Use a kitchen towel to absorb excess water from the fish to avoid frying all over the place.
Fry until golden brown on 2 sides and add some herbs. The leaves are slightly fragrant.
(Actually, I don't know why it is added, just be curious!)
Add some pepper and salt.
Ready to cook in 2-4 minutes.
(Convenient)
seasoning:
Wasabi (no soy sauce at home, fail).
Had to add spicy red oil and sweet chili sauce.
Stir well and you're ready to eat.

任性的吃货。

今晚晚餐是:煎吞拿鱼。

冷冻tuna 鱼。
沃尔玛购买。$5-7刀左右。
一大包里面有4小包,真空打包的。
煮法:
平底锅热油。
鱼肉用厨房纸巾吸干多余水分,避免油花炸到到处都是。
煎至2面熟透金黄,加了一些香草。叶子微微清香。
(其实不知道为什么要加,好奇吧!)
加入适量的胡椒和盐巴。
2-4分钟就可以起锅了。
(方便快捷)
调味料:
芥末(家里没有酱油,失败)。
只好加麻辣红油和sweet chili sauce。
均匀搅拌,可以开餐了。
吞拿鱼:中不饱和脂肪酸DHA廿二碳六烯酸和EPA二十碳五烯酸,含量居各种食物之首。DHA被人们称之谓脑黄金,是人类大脑和中枢神经系统发育必需的营养素。EPA又称OMEGA3,是金枪鱼所特有的营养物质,可抑制胆固醇增加和防止动脉硬化,对预防和治疗心脑血管疾病有着特殊的作用。
煎锅后。把所有营养锁在肉质里面。外表脆脆的表皮。
酱汁点缀。吃完后明天我会不会变聪明呢?
