Both sweet and salty parties love 🙋🏻‍♀️ the practice of Japanese rice cakes

I am a lazy cancer patient < /p>

Long-time love of having non-perishable ingredients in the fridge < /span>

I'm hungry for homework at night I don't know what to eat in the morning when I wake up span>

The simple and easy-to-make rice cake is here~

First of all The two easiest ways to make Japanese rice cakes bought on Yami :

The first one Japanese rice cakes are heated in the microwave on high heat 4-5minutes

then top with condensed milk /Peanut butter/soy flour ( Choose the dipping sauce according to your own taste~)

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside Add the sweetness of the sauce span> Sweet to the heart~

The second one  < span class="s1">Need to prepare an extra can of red bean soup If not, there are some kind of desserts in Asian supermarkets Japanese red bean paste is also very goodOKOh!

💡Prepare a small bowl Pour in the red bean soup Or dig out five tablespoons of red bean filling Add some hot water and mix it

💡Then toss two rice cakes in the red bean soup < span class="s1">Put it in the microwave to heat4-5minutes The hot red bean rice cake soup is out!

In Japanese dramas, every time I see the protagonist drinking a bowl of steaming red bean soup in winter The cold and fatigue have been driven away

Sweet party!

    Japanese rice cakes👀

It is also the most popular food in Japanese dramas!

Although Japanese dramas all use that grill to bake, but! We can do it in a pan!

The ingredients are rice cakes, sugar and oil!

Start by brushing a little oil on the pan. (Don't rely on yourself to be a pan without oil, a painful lesson)

Fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides, and set aside.

Turn down the heat and sprinkle a handful of sugar. The sugar begins to melt and turn golden brown. Turn off the heat and the residual heat in the pot will melt the remaining sugar.

Put in the fried rice cakes and coat with a layer of syrup. In the middle of the night, the baked rice cakes are served hot with caramel and you will be so happy that you want to go around in circles.

Salty party!

  🍘teriyaki rice cake

The soul is teriyaki sauce and seaweed!

The preparation of teriyaki sauce: a spoonful of honey (sugar also works), Japanese soy sauce/Light soy sauce2scoops. Stir and stir.

Then brush the pan with oil, put the rice cakes, brush the teriyaki sauce on both sides, and when it's almost done, put the seaweed in the empty part of the pan (where there is oil) and fry together.

Then wrap the rice cake with nori!

A piece of pan-fried rice cake with a glamorous luster really brightens up a late night of hunger and cold!
