【早餐】🌞 芝麻糊、红豆馅面包、奶茶 



这一款芝麻糊很便宜,但是经典又好吃,是经过尝试和检验的,芝麻香够香,一冲就可以吃了。早上吃,很有营养哦!



面包是早餐必须了,包装的面包偶尔吃一下也是可以的,所以我只买了两个,调剂一下口味。平时买的都是超市的新鲜面包。我很喜欢红豆,这次买到了红豆馅的,很满意。



接下来就是家中常备一些奶茶,早餐热饮,下午茶冰饮+珍珠,都是很美好的事。



【午餐】🥣 午餐肉、米粉、火锅面

 

家里也必须常备一些午餐肉,解决忘记把肉拿出来解冻的燃眉之急,可以煎午餐肉吃,伴面伴饭都很不错!



午餐五分钟搞定怎能少了米粉呀面呀这些神食物?🍜,做个饭起码20分钟,煮个面快多了!

简单地弄个鱼肉白菜面加点蚝油调味,一餐就做好了,省时间省精力还很营养!

晚餐简单地炒一个菠菜鸡肉鸡蛋,伴白饭、素毛肚(泡椒味),很爽的哦!不信你试试?
