姨妈期好帮手-黑糖角切块













今天来推一下这款台湾御珍尝的手作冲绳角切黑糖


日常生活中常见的不过白糖跟红糖,很少见黑糖。


有些人认为黑糖不是红糖。


黑糖实际为传统红糖的一种,其制作工艺流程与红糖完全一致,只是在熬制时间上较一般红糖时间稍长,且富含铁元素,熬制成行后与空气接触久之氧化,固色彩呈黑色、褐色状,且有焦香味,实际上跟红糖提炼制法都是一样的,只是因为地方区域不同称谓不同而已。


女性在经期的时候食用黑糖,可以补血调经,行血散寒、活血化瘀,能缓解痛经的症状,还可以加快血液循环,帮助调节月经。


与其吃巧克力来止痛还不如黑糖泡起来,还简单方便不怕胖。🤗


我每次泡水都放两颗,然后大热水泡开。

不会特别甜腻,味道刚刚好!
