嘴馋手快的我为大家献上简单美味又好吃的寿喜锅做法!


5分钟搞定 小叮当的小团手都能做~

食材:喜欢的各种菜,各种肉,肥牛卷(奢侈的我去日本店定的雪花牛肉,想要寿喜锅好吃,肥牛卷是必不可少滴),葱(大葱或者洋葱,不需要很多,寿喜锅实际上吃的是牛肉的味道),黄油,日本酱油200ml,味淋150ml,糖50g(自己根据口味酌情增减),昆布一片和水50ml



首先食材都切好准备好~一杯热水泡5分钟昆布,等热水颜色变深,加入日本酱油,味淋,糖搅拌搅拌。搅拌完放在一边,开火热锅。



然后放入黄油,大火加热,到黄油开始冒泡泡了,一片片放下肥牛卷煎熟(大片肥牛卷2-3片就足够了)。肉香混着黄油的香味,光闻着就觉得增肥了。牛肉熟了再丢葱进去,爆香。



倒入之前做好的混合汤汁。



把食材铺在锅内,白菜等蔬菜食材放在最底下,上面铺肉类和菌类食材。(蔬菜做底的话上层的肉类和菌类熟了以后肉汁渗进白菜里,白菜一口咬下去渗出肉汁的味道,想想就流口水🤤
