Simple Chicken Stir Fry
I enjoy cooking food just as much as I like to eat food, just like anyone one els here I bet. Heres a simple recipe using just a few random things found in the fridge and spice drawer
-Cut skinless chicken breast into bite size pieces.
-Season with salt, pepper and korean chili flakes and garlic powders. Brown in a skillet over medium heat with a few tablespoons of cooking oil.
-Once the chicken has browned on all sides, add chopped onions to cook untill soft.
-Add chopped Zuchini and stir then prepare the sauce/ glaze
-The sauce is a combonation of 1 part sesame oil, 1 partfish sauce, 2 parts hoiusin sauce and 2 parts soy sauce
-Stir in the sauce mixture to the meat and vegatables and cook untill the sauce thickens and coats the food almost like a syrup.
-Add sesame seeds and serve rice or stir in cooked noodles🍗🍚🥢
Dinner/ Lunch Is Served
