Fork Mooncake Evaluation - Jinghua Bean Paste Mooncake

Had three months cake today   Have a fresh meat and mustard for breakfast in the morning   span>Had bean paste in the afternoon   < span class="s1">I was hungry at night and ate a fresh pork mustard


Jinghua's bean paste filled mooncake was the third most eaten in the batch of mooncakes I bought last time   Jinghua's double yellow lotus seed paste and a piglet cake are left


This mooncake is really big






First comes the box   I've already spoken about the packaging review before   Nice and good looking   Very traditional style   The pattern above Especially textured like embroidery





Open the lid to see two giant mooncakes

And also comes with a knife and fork   More intimate~





The two mooncakes look exactly the same except for the words on the pouch with the filling   It's all printed with a full moon and a good home

I ripped it apart when I didn’t know how to take a picture by myself. 🤣


So it's eight pieces directly


The cross section can see that this is really a veritable thin skin and big stuffing


Actually I don't understand why Cantonese-style mooncakes are so thin   Thin skin is good?   Is it too much stuffing?


I remember when I was a kid, I especially liked the fruity little Cantonese style mooncakes   Because that skin is thicker   Then I usually chew off the skin and throw away the stuffing😂


This bean paste is lighter in color   


In terms of taste, I don't think it's too sweet to make me sick to death   0 span0I can eat two or three pieces of this kind of small pieces without any problem and will not get tired of it

叉叉月饼测评——京华豆沙月饼

今天吃了三个月饼   早上早餐吃了一个鲜肉榨菜的   下午吃了豆沙的   晚上饿了又吃了一个鲜肉榨菜的


京华的豆沙馅月饼是我上次买的一大批月饼里倒数第三个被吃的   还剩下京华的双黄莲蓉和一个猪仔饼


这个月饼真的好大






首先是盒子   之前包装测评我已经说过了   中规中矩地好看   很传统的样式   上面的花纹特别有质感像刺绣





打开盒盖就看到两个巨大的月饼


一个有180g我自己一个人肯定吃不完一个


并且还附了刀叉   比较贴心~





两个月饼除了小袋上面有馅心的字以外长得是一毛一样   上面都是家好月圆的印字


看起来油亮亮的




在我自己改没反应过来要切半拍照的时候我已经把它大卸八块了🤣


所以直接是八小块了


截面可以看出这个真的是名副其实的皮薄馅大


其实我有点搞不懂广式月饼为啥皮要这么薄   皮薄才叫好吗?   馅太多不会腻吗


我记得我小时候就特别喜欢吃那种水果味的小的广式月饼   因为那个皮比较厚   然后我一般啃掉皮把馅儿扔掉😂


这个豆沙的颜色算比较浅的   


味道方面我觉得没有过于甜导致腻得要死   这种小块我连吃两三块还是没问题不会腻的


关键是这个有八块!!!!应该配上一杯清茶的  那样肯定相辅相成


说到这个大家吃月饼用什么解腻啊   想学习一下




所以后来我就开始吃皮了


饼皮挺好吃的!!!!!




总的来说还不错    是比较好吃的豆沙味   双黄莲蓉还没吃   明天再解决它(˶‾᷄⁻̫‾᷅˵)
