Everything from e.l.f is super cheap, one of the most expensive in North America. This eyeliner was recommended by one of my favorite beauty bloggers (Raine). She said it was great, so I bought it and tried it. 5 yuan a piece, very cheap, I bought black and brown.
I think it's very useful, but it's not as easy to use as it is said to be. But it's not bad, it's a little dizzy, it doesn't seem to be waterproof, and the durability is average. But in general, the price is very high, suitable for student parties.

我觉得挺好用的，不过没传说中的那么 巨好用。但也还不错啦，稍稍有点晕，好像不防水，持久度算是一般。不过总的来说性价比很高，适合学生党使用。
