Fork of the Day Recipe - Avocado Chicken Burritos (with eggs)

Slipped out to the supermarket last night and saw this cake I've always wanted to buy   ; Last time I saw it at trader joe'sI want to buy When I found that the shelf life was very short, it was only a few days.   I definitely can't finish it   this time SEE THIS THROUGH NOVEMBER   Decisive Bought   I think I can make burrito eggs Filling pancakes or something


This cake comes in many flavors   All supermarkets sell it   There are also many brands   Very easy to get started   I took the most Ordinary original flavor




Want to make it this morningpancake   I remembered the last bit of milk in the house yesterday and soaked chia seedsSo burrito


Fry an egg first   < span class="s2">Add some salt or other seasonings  Fry whatever you want   Break it up

Then roll up




Obviously   More ingredients   Not how to roll it up...It can be seen from the cover image   So I grabbed a ziplock bag to hold the bottom


It's delicious😝




The disadvantage is that I feel like I don't have to eat lunch after eating………


Add Chia Seed Milk    Last night poured a glass of milk and a spoonful of chia seeds into the fridge   Wake up in the morning and microwave for a minute to warm it up




The worst part is refilling the pen before going out   A drop of ink was thrown into the cup when I wasn't paying attention I haven't had a few sips yet😭😭😭

叉叉每日食谱——牛油果鸡肉卷饼(加鸡蛋)

锵锵~~~今天的早餐




昨天晚上溜出去逛超市看到了一直想买的这个饼   上次在trader joe's看到想买的时候发现保质期特别短只有几天   我肯定吃不完   这次看到这个到十一月   果断买了   觉得可以做卷饼鸡蛋灌饼什么的


这个饼有好多种口味   各个超市都有卖   牌子也很多   非常容易入手   我拿了最普通的原味




本来早上想做pancake   结果昨天把家里最后一点牛奶泡奇亚籽了才想起来所以就吃卷饼啦


先煎个蛋   加点盐或者其他调味料  随便怎么煎都行   打散也行   


鸡蛋成型的时候把饼放到旁边开始加热


下面这张图可以看到饼被加热后中间鼓了起来


所以如果想吃鸡蛋灌饼   等饼鼓起来后撕开饼皮一层往里面注入蛋液就可以   下次试试~~




然后把鸡蛋移到饼上


铺上(我从室友烤鸡上掰下来的鸡腿上的)鸡腿肉   再加上(切开好多天放在冰箱里的剩下的半个)牛油果切片


然后卷起来




很明显   料加多了   不是怎么卷得起来……封面图就能看出来   所以我拿了个保鲜袋托住底部


还挺好吃的😝




缺点是吃完了觉得午饭不用吃了………


另外配的是奇亚籽牛奶    昨天晚上倒一杯牛奶加一勺奇亚籽扔冰箱   早上起来微波炉叮一分钟让它回温




比较惨的是出门前给钢笔灌墨水   没注意的时候一滴墨给我甩进杯子了我还没喝几口呢😭😭😭
