Slimming Recipe: Fried Broccoli with Shrimp

I read a lot of strategies or recipes that say to cook vegetables without oil or scald them directly with water and eat them as simple as that But for me I can't stick to this way of eating So I found a way to lose weight that was less painful and I could stick to it


Because I personally like rice very much🍚 But people who lose weight know how many calories are in rice But I am a person< span class="s2"> A day without rice makes me feel sick So I looked for another alternative to white rice——brown rice

First, the ingredients we need to prepare are

Shrimp 10about

Broccoli One large piece

Garlic

Oil

Oyster sauce

Cooking wine

Salt

Sauce

瘦身小食谱:虾仁炒西兰花

曾经有一段时间我意识到自己非常胖 我坚持了一周的减肥食谱打卡 坚持了一周真的不得不说我瘦了 效果真的看得见哈 因为减肥的那个周末去逛街 我竟然震惊自己能穿下比平时自己小一两个码数的裤子 哈哈哈哈当时那种心情真的是开心 原来你的努力真的看得见的哈哈哈 话不多说 今天我就来分享我减肥时最爱吃的一道菜 虾仁炒西兰花🥦



我看很多攻略或者食谱都说要无油煮菜或者直接清水烫菜就那样简单的吃 但是对于我来说 这种吃法我是不能坚持的 所以我找了一种没那么难受而且我自己可以坚持的方式去减肥


因为我个人非常喜欢吃米饭🍚 但是减肥的人都知道米饭的热量有多大 但是我这个人吧 一天不吃米饭就浑身难受 所以我找了另一种可以代替白米饭的食物——糙米 


糙米的饱腹感很强 所以能让吃的人不容易感到饿 也就不会在吃完饭后再去吃别的东西啦 说了那么多 我们就来看一下这道虾仁炒西兰花怎么做吧😉


首先我们需要准备的食材有

虾仁 10个左右

西兰花 一大颗

蚝油

料酒

酱油


第一步:将虾去壳 洗净后加入料酒 少许盐腌制10-15分钟 然后将蒜切成蒜末(不喜欢蒜的朋友可以不切成末 拍烂就好了或者直接不放)


第二步:烧一锅开水 然后西兰花切小块 等水开后放入西兰花烫至西兰花变色即可捞出 (捞出后可以过一下凉水 这样可以防止西兰花继续加热 但是不做也没关系哈 我懒所以我每次都不做)


第三步:热锅下油 放入腌制好的虾仁翻炒或者慢火煎一下 虾仁熟了以后夹出锅备用 



第四步:看下炒完虾后的锅里还有没有油 有的话可以继续用 不够的话可以再加一丢丢 热锅后放入蒜末或者拍烂的蒜 炒出香味后放入西兰花翻炒一下 再放入之前炒好的虾仁继续翻炒 炒到差不多后加入少量蚝油和酱油调味炒至均匀即可








我一般都是跟适量糙米配着吃 这样的饱腹感更强哈
