The food that Cha Cha has made this year - assorted fried rice (paella)

A variant learned from a classmate's night market fried rice

My non-spicy classmate's specialty dish - night market fried rice (self-proclaimed)    is fried rice with a bunch of side dishes        Usually a basket of side dishes + about two bowls of rice    No rice grains can be seen after frying... 

Fried rice....everyone will    just stir fry and fry it up

Later I also started to be lazy    Sometimes I would fry rice    But I was so uncomfortable without some (leafy) vegetables every day    So one time I added chopped Shanghainese After green... a variant was born     It is actually vegetable rice    This one-pot meal contains almost all kinds of nutrients needed by the human body~~~

The cover image is a simple version    It contains all the ingredients except eggs    No leafy vegetables    You can see the ingredients are shrimp, onion, asparagus, sausage, squid balls and leftover rice    I don’t likes carrots

The sausage used in this is the sweet chicken sausage of trader joe's   It seems to be with apple    It's sweet and delicious~

The cuttlefish balls bought in Yachao    are generally more chewy    If you are afraid that they will not be cooked, you can blanch them first

Usually I beat the eggs directly into the rice   If you want to eat more eggs, you can beat one egg into the rice and fry another egg flower    This is the case with Laoganma fried rice Dry    The finished product is golden rice + golden egg

This is the fried rice with the most toppings I've ever made   I counted eleven kinds of toppings   I don't remember the rest...

My usual order for fried rice:

Onion->Shrimp->Mushrooms->Peppers->Other Vegetables->Fry fried rice->Add a little salt or soy sauce or oyster sauce and stir well->Out pot

Sometimes I even add fish~

If you want to add extra eggs, scramble the eggs first and add them to the fried rice.

So many dishes are spectacular in a pot    especially when adding leafy vegetables

This pot is filled with lettuce and cucumber slices and asparagus

Basically it looks like a green field    I am a (most of the time) herbivore who likes it. ...every time I eat very satisfied

Because I couldn't find a single photo of vegetable rice or fried rice   I only found a puzzle

In the picture, there are pork ribs and lotus root soup~~ there is borscht soup~~~~~ there is roast lamb chops~~~~~~ there is also my favorite white radish stewed beef tendon (today my classmates went to Yachao to bring me white Radish is super happy!!!!!!)  

In addition, the vegetable rice soup is also delicious    the one on the bottom right is the chicken soup

Apart from the trouble of cutting the ingredients, this is a quicker fried rice.

And you don't have to cook anything else! ! ! ! ! ! ! Or you can directly buy fried rice that has been cut/peeled~~~

叉叉这一年做过的美食——什锦炒饭(菜饭)

从同学的夜市炒饭学来的变种

我那位不吃辣的同学拿手菜——夜市炒饭(自称)    就是加一堆配菜的炒饭    包括玉米粒青豆虾仁墨鱼丸鱼豆腐腊肠等等等等    一般是一筐配菜+两碗饭左右    炒完根本看不到米粒...... 

炒饭嘛.......大家都会    胡乱炒炒就完事了

后来我也开始偷懒    有的时候会炒饭    但是我每天不吃点(带叶)蔬菜就难受得慌    所以某一次我加了切碎的上海青之后......变种诞生了     其实就是菜饭    这样一锅饭就几乎包括了人体所需的各种营养元素啦~~~

封面图是个简单版    里面是除了鸡蛋的所有材料    没有加叶子蔬菜    可以看到材料有虾仁洋葱芦笋香肠墨鱼丸和剩饭    我不喜欢次胡萝卜

这个里面用的香肠是trader joe's的sweet chicken sausage   好像是加苹果的    甜甜的挺好吃~

墨鱼丸在亚超买的    一般比较有嚼劲    如果怕炒不熟可以先焯水

一般情况下我是把鸡蛋直接打到饭里的   如果想吃比较多的鸡蛋可以打一个到饭里再炒一个蛋花    之前的老干妈炒饭就是这么干的    成品就是金黄的饭+金黄的蛋

这是我做过的加料最多的一次炒饭   当时数了加料应该是十一种    剩下的一种我不记得了......

我一般炒饭的顺序:

洋葱->虾仁->菇类->椒类->其他蔬菜->炒的菜扒到一边炒炒饭->加一点盐或者酱油或者蚝油炒匀->出锅

有的时候我还加过鱼肉~

如果要额外加鸡蛋就先炒鸡蛋盛出来炒饭的时候再加进去

这么多菜在锅里很是壮观的    尤其是加叶子蔬菜的时候

这锅里面加的是圆生菜和黄瓜片还有芦笋

这个是上面那个十一种食材的那锅

基本上放眼望去就是一片绿    我这个(大部分时间)食草动物还是蛮喜欢的.......每次都吃得很满足

因为没有找到单独的菜饭或者炒饭盛出来的照片   只找到个拼图

图里面有排骨藕汤~~有罗宋汤~~~~有烤羊排~~~~~~还有我爱的白萝卜炖牛筋(今天同学去亚超给我带了白萝卜超开心!!!!!!)  

另外菜饭泡汤也是好吃的    右下的那个是泡的鸡汤

除了切材料有点麻烦总得来说这还是比较快手的一个炒饭吧

而且不用做其他菜了啊!!!!!!!或者直接买切好/剥好的食材炒饭也可以~~~
