一个人的生日晚餐!


吃什么呢?


要有菜有面(橱柜里的劣质elbow太短作为长寿面不过关)看起来要高大上还要有青春的激情(???)


烧水泡与美冒菜吧。👇



简单说一下与美这个牌子?我对他家印象超好,因为他家出了一款眉山芝麻糕我曾经把这款芝麻糕吹爆过 


因为这个最初印象,后来又在他家买过别的零食。烤馍炒鸡好吃,而且独立包装很方便,依旧介绍过 


他家的魔芋我也曾在魔芋类零食的晒单里提过,但是是之前旁友给的所以既没有图也没有链接而且缺点就是比卫龙贵 



一箱有五包,平均合四刀一包。是我买过的最奢侈的速食了(高端大气上档次的生日晚餐!


里面各类小包长这样粉丝出乎意料地少😂但今天完全没心情也等不及加菜了(回家已经饿瘪,先吃了一罐酸奶垫肚,加粉条还需要重新设计流程因为我买的粉条要煮 


但是菜包的量比我之前买过的火锅粉要多。有一大包红彤彤的调料,一包葱花,一包(这个醋的量简直相当于没有),还有一包辣椒干碟



蜜汁坚持先把腌菜烫一下假装洗刷掉防腐剂使寿星的我更健康 


这时的菜还是可爱的黄色,散发着一股迷人的火腿肠味我怀疑是防腐剂Orz


菜包内容物种类很多。笋,藕,土豆,木耳,金针菇是普遍都有的,但是我看见魔芋的时候还是惊了一下对比包装效果图我猜是想用来做素牛肚的 


涮过蔬菜后加粉丝倒入热水和调料包等待怂怂如我依旧没加整袋调料

调料还挺辣的于是没敢搁剩下四分之一袋,是一种带着酱香的香甜味?如果可以的话我打算明天用剩下的调料煮个粉条(。

至于菜嘛 


第一口有股蜜汁肉味


第二口觉得第一口尝出的肉味是错觉,八成是我饿昏头了 


粉丝还不错,不糟。用叉子吃粉丝挑不上来弄得红油四处溅至于粉丝本身的问题就是少,别的没毛病。


菜包的各位呢都是脆的。


金针菇是脆脆的但问题是量少捞不到几根


土豆有一点脆,但一掰破口那里也是有点面的质感,不像是别的腌菜里的土豆那样脆到不正常 


都是大片大片的,我使叉子居然要劈四分之一才算是正常大小 


倒是木耳脆得不正常难道是腌木耳的一个特点?而且那个木耳也太大了吧我居然挑出切得呈长方形大概有2x3cm的一片?真的是木耳不是地耳?


魔芋就是咯吱咯吱的只不过调料换成与美的香甜辣味,味道超级好。而且魔芋的量居然很多我觉得它比金针菇多 


最绝的是笋!哇这个笋特别嫩,一碗里没有老的!而且是切得很大块!目前我吃过的所有下饭菜即食菜速食菜面粉里最好吃的笋了!是它!就是它!生日吃到它简直太美好了!


总之,一直把与美冒菜留到生日这天吃还是很有惊喜的。网红冒菜(的笋)名副其实(当然调料啥的也都很好吃但这个笋实在是太好吃了所以)希望以后能把亚米上更多的好吃的安利给大家(其实纠结过要不要写冒菜因为知名度太高了其实没必要
