Fork of the Day Recipe - Fried Chicken Thighs with Double Peppers

I thought about it yesterday and took out a piece of chicken thigh to thaw    Last time shredded beef with green peppers and fungus used one green pepper and one left.   Another little bell pepper    So did this~   Very tasty  ;   and no hassle    So share it~~~




First ingredients and seasonings


Green and bell peppers(Yellow, red and orange are fine   Only green peppers will work)


A piece of chicken thigh(One meal)


Light soy sauce15ml   Cooking wine two caps   A little sugar   < /span>A pinch of salt   A little bit of old smoke    Two and a half tablespoons of starch


Process:


Green peppers cut into small pieces   Dice or shred chicken thighs


Pour all conditions except starch into chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes




If there is moisture in the chicken, filter it out   then add starch and mix well

Chicken should be sticky   Add more starch if it is thin


Put oil in the pan(A little more)     After the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs and stir fry   Be sure to fry it!!




The chicken thighs are almost cooked, pour in the peppers and stir fry   Fry until it's ready to cook


You can have a salty taste   Add a pinch of salt




I usually like to eat soft and fully cooked fried green peppers   span>Fry it until it breaks today(Tast it)It's ready     because it's really delicious!!


Soft and tender chicken with crunchy green peppers   < /span>It tastes great together    The little bell pepper is not that great in comparison   Not as crispy as green peppers

叉叉每日食谱——双椒炒鸡腿肉

昨天想来想去拎了块鸡腿肉出来解冻    上次青椒木耳牛肉丝用掉了一个青椒还剩一个   另外还有一个小彩椒    于是做了这个~   还蛮好吃的    而且不麻烦    所以分享一下~~~




首先是食材和调料


青椒和彩椒(黄的红的橙的都可以   只有青椒也行)


鸡腿肉一块(一人份一顿)


生抽大概15ml   料酒两瓶盖   糖一点点   盐一点点   老抽一点点点点    淀粉两勺半


过程:


青椒彩椒切小块   鸡腿肉切小块或者切丝


除了淀粉以外所有条件倒入鸡肉中抓匀腌制至少二十分钟




鸡肉中如果有水分则滤出   然后加入淀粉抓匀

鸡肉要是粘稠状态   如果稀稀的就再加点淀粉


锅里放油(多一点)     油烧热后倒入鸡腿肉爆炒   一定要炒散!!




鸡腿肉熟的差不多了倒入椒翻炒   炒至断生就可以准备出锅了


可以尝一尝咸淡   淡了就再加一点盐




我一般炒青椒喜欢吃软烂全熟的   今天炒至断生(尝了一下)就盛出来了    因为真的很好吃!!


软软嫩嫩的鸡肉配上脆脆的青椒   一起吃的口感简直太赞    对比起来那个小彩椒就没那么出彩了   没那么脆味道也没青椒的好
