I heard that everyone misses me, think about it, I haven't come to post for a long time, because it's a busy graduation semester. I still love you all very much, so I will try my best to make up for the missed list in the future. Although I missed the previous activities of Kitchen Xiaobai, sharing the recipe itself is a happy thing!
The inspiration for this was when my boyfriend went to Yonghe Soy Milk for a late night snack the day before yesterday and ordered an omelette. As I didn't like omelettes before, I couldn't resist the temptation to silently search for recipes and make them for myself.
However, it turned out to be surprisingly delicious!
Material:
The amount of one crust is 35g flour + 7g cornstarch + 60g water + a pinch of salt and mix well.
Egg + a little chopped green onion is broken into egg liquid.
Stir well and spread it out in the pan, fry one side and pour over the egg liquid, wait for it to solidify a little and turn it over again to fry the egg side, and finally turn it over and roll it up! (In short, keep flipping hahaha)
It's ready to eat like this, with any sauce you like, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, rooster chili or soy sauce.
I didn't have any sauce at home this time, so I just added kimchi, and it went well unexpectedly!
