yami_featured_image 【生煎实验第一弹】 好吧其实上一次做大概是一年半前了… 我个人其实喜欢吃全发面的大壶春但这次主要是想复刻生煎包的底又图省事就做了小杨那种半发面的… 基本我觉得80%的相似度… 我觉得生煎皮稍微薄了点,因为我加了超多的肉冻感觉有些hold 不住emmmm 请一定一定用铸铁锅煎!!才能达到这么完美的外壳底!!(自行想象一下国内的路边摊…)
