This sandwich is for myself Inside the house salami + tomato Movie + Avocado more simple and convenient~And I chose a whole wheat nut toast The overall taste will be "Rough"Slightly< /span> but it tastes great too~ With Easy American Scrambled Eggs and Bacon Slices < /span>You can put it on toast But I think it's more tender to eat alone span>!!!

Brunch开始


 

嚷嚷好久了要自己做一次Brunch 今天终于做到啦😆 因为是下午2点的课 所以早上10:00起床后就心血来潮 想要完成之前自己立的FlagBrunch~一开始我也觉得Brunch好麻烦 毕竟食材准备 还需要摆盘搭配什么的 感觉会很累! 


 

但是今天做下来也就20分钟不到吧 无敌nice! 并且吃了自己做的Brunch真心的觉得和外面做的差别不大 而且食材更加新鲜丰富 想用多少用多少! 吃完自己做的Brunch能量满满 一天都是超级美好的💖


那么接下来就给大家分享一下我的Brunch搭配吧☺️


♡小汉堡

 

小汉堡是给男票准备的 里面煎了一块鸡肉饼+太阳蛋+Avocado+番茄片! 可以说是一款非常简单健康又丰富的搭配啦 Avocado单吃不喜欢 但是加小汉堡里和流心太阳蛋加鸡肉饼真的超好吃 荤素搭配 细腻柔软~其实还可以再加点儿生菜或者沙拉酱更加的好吃 只是男票不喜欢!


♡三明治/美式炒蛋

 

三明治这款是给我自己的 里面家里萨拉米+番茄片+Avocado 更加的简单方便~而且我选的是一款全麦坚果吐司 整体的口感会"粗糙"一点的 但是味道也特别好~ 搭配了简单的美式炒蛋 和培根片 都可以夹吐司里 不过我觉得单吃更嫩!!!


♡水果拼

 

水果我选了蓝莓+🍓+有机黑无花果 颜色搭配很好看 种类丰富! 补充了每天所需的维生素什么的 营养健康颜值高☺️
