Woke up this morning and looked   completely foamed   cut off the part where the roots are tied together    then shredded the tremella    23333333

The impurities in the peach gum are picked out

Add water to the pot   Pour all the ingredients into it   You can add dried longan, wolfberry, red dates, etc.   Turn on the fire

Turn down the heat after the water is boiled    I simmered this and went to the farmer's market    When I got home and finished cooking, it was almost done

This is the last stew   with longan   the color looks more yellow


The color looks lighter today   Maybe the white fungus is different?    Boiled for a little more than two hours   The glue came out   The quality of tremella is still good~~

The lotus seeds were also stewed so badly    some even split in half hhhhhh

Turn off the fire   Put it into a large bowl~you can eat several meals

The tremella will repurchase ~ because the rest can only be done twice orz

银耳汤银耳汤

十全大补银耳汤(不是)

最近做了好多次银耳汤   材料大部分是国内带来的   丑耳桃胶皂角米百合   然后家里还有莲子红枣   同学那里的桂圆干也被我顺来了   

但是丑耳我只带了两朵来    怕用完了就没了所以在亚米买了绿野的小花银耳(大朵不好吃)

首先   提前一天或者一晚泡材料   我懒所以全都一起泡了   下面是桃胶皂角米和百合

我先倒了点莲子 后来因为上次去亚超买了袋莲子 想着还有存货太过兴奋就把之前剩的都倒进去了

于是看起来最多的就是莲子了

然后是处理银耳    银耳遇水泡发很快   这是昨晚的   泡发了看朵还是不大的    我比较满意~~

今天早上起来看   完全泡发啦   把根部结在一块的部位剪掉    然后把银耳撕碎    早上又和我妈夸了这个银耳23333333

桃胶里面的杂质挑出来

锅里加水    所有食材倒进去   可以再加桂圆干枸杞红枣啥的   开大火

水开后转小火    我把这个炖上后就去farmer's market了    回家后做完饭就差不多好了

这个是上次用丑耳炖的   加了桂圆   颜色看起来比较黄


今天的看起来颜色就淡一些   大概是银耳不同?   炖了两个小时多一点   出胶了   银耳的品质还是不错的~~

莲子也炖得烂烂的   有些甚至裂成两半了hhhhhh

关火   盛到大碗里~可以吃好几顿

银耳会回购~因为剩下的大概只能做两次了orz
