Fork and Fork Kitchen (Cabinet) Big Secret

I have seen so much food I posted, I wonder if you are curious about my kitchen    Where do you get so many things??? Okay, I will show you my kitchen today. Kitchen Cabinets!!!

It was quite messy before    I went to Yachao last week to clean up the refrigerator and tidy up the cabinets by the way    The ingredients and seasonings are grouped together

The complete cabinet that can be seen in the cover image is my   roommate's on the other side (she doesn't have as many things as mine...)


Let's talk about the pile of bottles and jars under the cabinet   I use the seasoning    just put it outside   

The main ones on the outside are Haitian soy sauce   oyster sauce    cooking wine    vinegar   starch   chili powder    black pepper powder   salt    Grapeseed Oil   There is also a small fresh-keeping bag with ginger and garlic   Scallion water is kept on the bar    And the black syrup I brought from China is also placed outside

Found the photo of the cooking table   Found that there were also Guilin chili sauce and Wang Zhi and sesame sauce (recently brought out by me)   Then there was the minced garlic   And a small bottle of honey (Almost not used   sometimes added to yogurt)


Let's talk about the cabinet from left to right~   This is the first cabinet with double doors on the far left   From top to bottom   The top layer was originally my baking   Later, because I had too many things   I threw all the utensils that could go into the oven into the drawer under the oven   I left a piping bag on it   Then put the snail powder   unopened brown sugar   black sesame paste    pancakes on top of this   because I won’t eat it recently (I’m losing weight)

The last is the bottom layer

In the far left are all kinds of instant drinks   Almost all of them were thrown to me by my classmate who didn't eat spicy food... Let me go down and take a look   It's a bottle of mirin...I've been saying recently that the bottom layer of mirin is used up and I can't make sukiyaki...So it turns out It also has   in addition there is baking soda and bread crumbs

叉叉厨房(柜)大揭秘

看了我发的这么多吃的不知道大家有没有对我的厨房产生一丝丝好奇    哪里来的这么多东西???好的今天就带着大家看一看我的厨房橱柜!!!

之前其实挺乱的    上上周去亚超回来整理冰箱顺便把橱柜也整理了    食材调料归类放在一起啥的

封面图里面能看到的完整的柜子都是我的   室友的在另一边(她的东西也没我的多...)


先说柜子下面那一堆瓶瓶罐罐   是我常用的调料    就放在外面    不常用的都在柜子里

放在外面的主要是海天生抽   蚝油    料酒    醋   淀粉   辣椒粉    黑椒粉   盐   葡萄籽油   还有一个小保鲜袋放的姜和蒜   葱水养在吧台上    还有就是我从国内背过来的黑糖浆也放在外面了

找到了料理台的照片   发现旁边还有桂林辣椒酱和王致和芝麻酱(最近被我拿出来了)   然后就是那个蒜末   还有一小瓶蜂蜜(几乎不怎么用   有的时候加酸奶里)


柜子我们从左往右说吧~   这是第一个最左边的那个双开门的柜子   从上往下   最上层本来放的是我的烘焙用具   就是蛋糕模   厨房称   parchment paper   各种筛子   裱花袋   食用色素   cupcake模啥的   后来由于我东西太多   把能进烤箱的用具都扔到烤箱下面的抽屉里去了   上面就留了裱花袋那些和厨房称   然后把螺蛳粉   没有开封的黑糖   黑芝麻糊    煎饼放在这个上面    因为最近不会吃(在减肥)

然后中间层   左边那块放的是糖   包括:单晶冰糖   黄冰糖(大块)   黑糖块   黑糖粉   冰片糖   白砂糖   还有就是面粉   普通面粉和低筋面粉(蛋糕用)    最外面放了一包奇亚籽最近有泡牛奶吃   正中间是肉松    还没开封    右边一点下面是各种挂面    有春丝   也有味川柳   还有就是之前做早餐的那个面包饼也放在这个上面   最右边是各种拌面料

下层左边是室友的方便面拌面酱和面包    右边是各种粉:菱粉西米粉糯米粉粘米粉虾饺粉番薯粉...还有泡打粉(小红罐)哈哈哈    泡打粉左边那个小小的是山楂片   配冰粉吃的所以放在厨柜里了   还有一包蝴蝶型意大利面   买了好久了也只吃过一回...   


  

再来说它右边那个单开门的柜子

上上单亚米到的时候把中间层整理了一下   这层本来是用来放泡面和其他一些杂七杂八的    也就是整理这个的时候我萌生出整理所有柜子的念头

泡面排排坐啦    一袋都还没吃...qwq好想吃啊    再等等马上就瘦了!!!!!!

最右是顶大凉皮   酸辣和麻酱的都好次    求亚米上架

可以看到那个时候它的下面一层还是很乱的   堆得乱七八糟

这是整理完之后的

最上层是一个大塑料碗   我之前用来打奶油的    已经被我打得底部全是裂痕了...

碗里是一大一小两个打蛋器   一个刮刀   还有一个巨大的擀面杖...记不清是要做什么的时候买的了   购于walmart

右边里面是一些我不常喝的茶叶    我之前说过我有七八种茶叶   所以我把我喜欢的放在下层其余的就放在上面了    最右最外是大麦若叶    有的时候会拌酸奶吃

中间层里面就是泡面啦

外面大蓝边保鲜袋里面放的是梅子茶泡饭的梅子味调料包还有一个三文鱼饭团/拌饭的料   还有盐昆布片   大概还有一些火鸡面调料吧...   右边是咖喱   上面是那个饼~

最后是最下层

最左边里面是各种速溶饮料   几乎全是我那个不吃辣的同学扔给我的...这学期初她又扔给了我一大包   外面那个橙色盒子是南瓜拿铁   还没喝过   小罐子是什么鱼的海苔碎   亚米和一般超市都有卖   它们后面是抹茶粉   中间是泡茶的小滤勺和电动打奶泡的小机器  特别可爱   后面是乌龙茶和绿茶   我比较喜欢这两样做奶茶~   右边是各种cereal和一袋核桃   上面那个深色的是冰粉粉

然而这个最下层最近又被塞满了.........因为我那个同学又给了我一大袋东西    其中就有好大一包藕粉还有一大包黑芝麻糊...被我塞在这个最下层了

 


然后是最右边那个细长的柜子~  这个柜子里主要是调料

上层能看见的调料   从左往右是  芝麻油   鲣鱼酱油(后面矮瓶子   荞麦面用)   芝麻  凉拌酱   凉拌酱后面是泰式甜辣酱    最右边是蒜盐    后面被挡住的还有干柠檬草和袋装酵母   里面那个红盖儿的我想不起来是啥了...待我下去瞧一瞧   是一瓶味淋......最近还在说下面那层味淋要用完了没法做寿喜烧了呢...原来上面还有   另外里面还有baking soda和面包糠

下层更多   最里面放的是香料   干辣椒八角桂皮香叶花椒这些   还有六婆辣椒面   以及蒜(我一般在亚超买一串蒜放在下层右边里面)    靠左是豉汁   honey mustard和番茄酱  往右一点是芥末酱(不是很冲)和老干妈  再右是韩式辣酱  里面是味淋大阪烧酱和一小瓶白醋   最右边是照烧酱和奶油蘑菇意大利面酱


你以为结束了吗   并!没!有!

我的东西怎么可能只有这些呢...还有好些我做过的东西的食材根本没出现过呢   那些杂粮呢???十全大补汤(误)的食材呢???

好吧   这个抽屉柜其实是我从垃圾站门口捡回来的...

之前一直想买一个这样的抽屉柜装东西    学校跳蚤市场去的时候那些柜上全是,蚂蚁小虫子...

于是   某天我去扔垃圾的时候看到了它    然后我就把它搬回来了.............

挺实用的其实


从上往下说

第一层里现在放的是剩最后一袋的一兰拉面   木鱼花   越南春卷皮   腐皮腐竹还有同学那里"抢"来的桂圆干(又跑下去了一趟看有啥...)

第二层是这些   大块桂皮  黑胡椒粒  咖喱粉   仙草粉   上次去亚超买的雪菜笋丝(近期爱吃)和黄花什锦(根本看不到黄花)


第三层是干货区   基本上左边是干货右边是各种杂粮

左边有香菇木耳海带丝丑耳桃胶皂角米右边就多了去了......

杂粮米   杂豆   红豆   绿豆   黄豆   糙米   糯米   西米   小米   黑米   薏仁   莲子   豆钱钱   emmmmm应该还有的记不住了    这是最沉的一层    昨天煮银耳汤我直接把这层抽出来找食材...好累


第四层是调料层   本来只有调料最近被我塞了一些饮料进去   实在没地方放了

甜面酱   越南米粉汤料   海底捞火锅底料(过咸不好吃)   老海天酱油   老陈醋   酸豆(烟花女意面)   李锦记叉烧酱黄豆酱   卤料块   其他是浓缩椰汁(椰奶?)啤酒玛格丽特美九红豆罐头(懒)还有维他奶茶豆奶    后来又到了一单里面的饮料也大部分塞进去了

最下面一层本来放的是一些粉和面还有饮料     最近处理掉一些饮料又扔到上一层    空出了些位置   把亚米买的速食粉面放进去了   还有红枣和银耳   干货区实在放不下了...最右边是越南米粉


最后说说冰箱    因为我食量比较小所以每次买肉回来我都会分顿用保鲜袋装了再扔冰箱

比如这个排骨   我一顿大概就五六块吧   因为还要吃别的菜   如果炖汤就拿两袋~

然后给大家参观一下我的冰箱冷冻柜   下层是我的   是上次亚超回来整理后排的   其实现在更多因为这周买了个牛舌   还有之前又买了牛小排和牛肉片   现在靠外基本上是满满的   然鹅我又在减肥   所以这些肉类消耗速度必定会非常慢

前天和同学数冰箱里有多少肉类(计入丸子)   还有牛肉片和牛筋忘了说(还有trader joe's五花肉)

  

除了肉类冷冻室里还有一盒河粉一些芋头(之前吃不完就冻起来了)一些芋圆和一袋生煎   大概就是这些吧~

冷藏基本上就是蔬菜水果鸡蛋牛奶啦~还有一点广式腊肠   还有就是饮料   但是基本不喝....

写这个晒单我上上下下爬了好几趟楼梯    也算是给自己做个备忘吧❤
