 今天格格的厨房想要分享给大家一道我最近很喜欢的菜——干煸青椒茶树菇! 作为一个超爱吃蘑菇的女孩子 自然是什么的不能放过的 即使不能吃到和国内一样的新鲜茶树菇 但是我还是可以吃干货啊! 虽然新鲜的茶树菇非常的脆爽鲜香 但是我觉得干的茶树菇更多了一份味道~干的茶树菇有一股干香味道 并且制作出来也比新鲜的茶树菇更加的入味!

 茶树菇营养丰富 含有人体所需的18种氨基酸 特别是含有人体所不能合成的8种氨基酸等水化合物等营养成分~还有丰富的B族维生素和多种矿物质元素,如铁、钾、锌、硒等元素都高于其它菌类~中医认为该菇具有补肾 /利尿/治腰酸痛/渗湿/健脾止泻等功效~其味道鲜美 脆嫩可口 又具有较好的保健作用 是美味珍稀的食用菌之一!!!(一波网络专业知识)

今天做的这个干煸青椒茶树菇真心的是简单又好吃 干货的茶树菇炒出来有一种在吃油鸡枞菌的感觉~非常的香 不下饭吃我都可以吃完一整盘!

首先需要准备适量干茶树菇开水泡发(切段) 然后青椒切片 蒜片 干辣椒~准备好久开始制作啦!

 Step 首先倒入比素菜多一些的油 烧热后加入蒜片 干辣椒爆香

Step 然后倒入青椒和茶树菇  一起倒入煸炒 将青椒炒出"虎皮" 之后放入盐和鸡精就可以出锅啦~

 只需要两步就可以做出香气四溢 又很有口感的干煸青椒茶树菇! 这个不仅可以当一道菜也可以单独炒茶树菇当油茶树菇臊子 素面加点儿真的很香!
