酸菜猪肉馅儿饺子!—记一枚爱吃的博士小姐姐

事情的由来是这样的。我哥哥丈母娘是很地道的东北人,很偶然一次吃到了她做的酸菜猪肉馅儿饺子,从此念念不忘……

来美国后,哥哥时常在群里馋我、当然!亚米网拯救了我、我居然看到卖酸菜的、火急火燎立马下单。天天我就惦记着那两袋酸菜!哈哈哈哈。(前两天手破了,做不了东西)

好不容易今天手没事儿了,我真的放下手头所有事儿不干,开始包饺子!



饺子面要筋道一些、所以要一点点加水、冷水、放一点盐。(这个一点、自己琢磨吧!)哈哈哈哈。



揉面真的是个体力活、有男朋友的。赶紧滴溜出来用!









馅儿:葱姜、料酒、黄豆酱油,一勺蚝油、盐、一点生粉,一点王守义饺子粉、香叶八角炸油,开了以后油浇上去、再加点水,顺时针一个方向使劲儿搅拌!
