这几天天气转凉,早起风一吹就跟着树上的叶子一抖一抖的!好惦记学校后街卖的热乎乎的福鼎肉片,每次睡懒觉早起来不及吃饭就会打包一碗到学校,教室里都会带有淡淡的醋香,好吃又暖胃,福建学校每所后街美食都必有它,几乎是伴随着自己上学历程的一道记忆美食.



福鼎肉片是一道由精肉、淀粉等原料制成的菜品,是福建省福鼎市一种很有名的地方传统名吃,整碗肉片的香辣中流露出淡淡的香菜之味。

宁德福鼎肉片最是出名啦,整个肉片制作过程都是手工操作,福鼎肉片一定要加酸、辣才够味,福鼎肉片配上福鼎本地的米醋和辣椒才是非常完美的,还须加上些许香菜,是可以盛汤前直接加在碗里,或是盛好肉片之后,再往碗里撒点,这样香菜不至于太烂,这时整碗肉片的香辣中流露出淡淡的香菜之味,不爱吃香菜同学可以只加葱



这个是记忆中最完美的福鼎肉片,先往打包盒里放少许味精盐巴,五香粉,加入点紫菜,晒干的小虾米,然后放入漏勺捞起煮好的肉片,舀两勺熬的很久的高汤,放醋撒香菜葱花(可加辣)。一碗美味的福鼎肉片就好啦,肉片口感顺滑,汤底美味,啧啧啧,一碗都可以一滴也不浪费掉的,好想再有机会吃到记忆中的肉片!!!......
