芝麻酱的话其实没什么要注意的 常温保存 每次取用的时候用洗干净的勺子 

还有就是买之前一定要看清楚是纯芝麻酱 不掺花生酱的那种


掺过花生酱之后会甜,可能会有复合型的香味但容易吃腻。而且花着芝麻酱的钱买了半罐花生酱会很亏啊实在需要花生酱的香味的时候就自己调好了 


还有就是纯芝麻酱可以直接拿醋卸


嗯对芝麻酱是需要卸的,一整罐可以吃好几顿,因为卸开之后会翻数倍

一般芝麻酱可以用水卸


但其实香油卸更好卸开,而且会添加润滑的口感。但全部拿香油卸真的是太贵了😂


可以刚开始的时候从芝麻酱罐里取一点上层的油,初步卸开。然后再用别的。或者是一瓶芝麻酱只剩一顿的量了,把罐里所有油都用来卸芝麻酱

除此之外拌凉菜的时候,可以直接把其他调料用来卸芝麻酱 

尤其芝麻酱是没有咸味的,要手动加盐。


盐放进去,加水化开成溶液,然后再混合进芝麻酱里。麻麻再也不用担心我的凉菜一般没味一半齁死! 

还有醋,用一点醋来卸芝麻酱加了一点酸味,去掉了油脂的油腻感。而且一定要混合在芝麻酱里,不然卸好的芝麻酱再加醋会变得太稀,挂不上菜



嗯这个香味让人迷醉我这个人是无论怎么吹芝麻都不介意的,芝麻真的太香了啊朋友们 


ps美国人盖上盖猛摇沙拉的做法真是太适合我这种懒人了


不过虽然说麻酱大拌菜百搭但还是不要往里放煮鸡蛋了我买这个沙拉的时候没有计划要用麻酱拌所以_(:з」∠)_


至于这个芝麻酱虽然在国内一般吃王致和没错了,但是出来没有那个经济条件啊 


总体来说酱体略软但香味很正,拌菜拌面啥的都行


麻酱拌面要用纯芝麻酱加盐卸开,加醋,加用热花椒油浇过的酱油,再加黄豆芽!!!这里的醋不加进芝麻酱因为①每人口味不一样一碗芝麻酱好几个人拌面②芝麻酱遇见热面根本拌不开,这时候加醋比较好拌
