每年开学季就会囤很多调料和火锅底料~这里只晒了一部分,还有不少都放在灶台边了😊 顺带再晒一晒用桥头粉蒸肉调料做的粉蒸肉~很久之前买过一次,但是当时不太会做饭,蒸肉时间短,没蒸出油,导致吃起来很干,一度也不太喜欢这个调料。 暑假回家跟妈妈学了蒸蒸肉,这次蒸了一个半小时,前上汽后前半小时大火蒸,然后再用小火蒸1小时~这样蒸出来的粉蒸肉,肥而不腻,非常好吃!
