周一自己包了抄手~   坐标四川233333   我们那里叫包面

上周逛亚超买了馄饨皮   因为直接有肉末卖不用自己剁所以简直不要太方便



材料:


猪肉末   牛肉末   酱油     淀粉   芝麻油榨菜    


辣椒面   花椒   熟白芝麻   酱油     辣椒油


过程:


馅料其实和上次鲜肉榨菜月饼的一样    肉末加姜末酱油和一点盐一点淀粉搅拌上劲后加榨菜混匀最后加葱和芝麻油混匀    另外纯猪肉纯牛肉的就是不加榨菜末

猪肉榨菜的    包的馅儿超大    因为我包的时候觉得皮还挺厚(结果煮的时候事实证明我错了)

准备调料


碗底铺辣椒面花椒和白芝麻(这里忘了)



锅里倒油烧滚后倒入碗中   瞬间香气扑


再加入蒜末   葱花   酱油和醋    按个人口味调   嫌不够辣再加辣椒油



抄手煮好了倒入拌匀    拌匀后就是封面图啦~



配上泡萝卜皮!!!!开吃🤣太爽啦
