Strawberry Mille Crepe Cake
This is my first time making my own cake.

The cream part is also a headache~
I bought the whipped cream, I wanted to send it manually, but I found that I was really naive and really baked Xiaobai~

草莓千层蛋糕
这是我第一次自己做蛋糕。
折腾了好久,就是为了想给小饼干过一个生日,本来想做抹茶口味的,但是想想寓意不好,还是做草莓的吧哈哈哈~
于是我就在网上找了配方,看了视频,琢磨了好久,买了原材料还有烘焙的工具,就正式开始啦~嘿嘿~
烙可丽饼可烫手了,烙不好还一边烙一边吃。
第一次做,皮不是很薄,后来研究发现是我方法不对,希望下一次可以改进噢嘻嘻😁
奶油的部分也是很头疼~
买了淡奶油,本来想手动打发,发现我真的天真了,真的烘焙小白~
问了达人们才知道还是要用mixer啊!手动会打到天荒地老。
因为皮已经烙好了,等着要奶油又没有mixer,就去买了那种一摁就喷出来的奶油。
一层一层垒上去,想着明天拿出来吃。
这一步又做错了。
这种奶油真的很容易化!!
真的等不到第二天的!
小饼干还是很捧场地吃得笑嘻嘻说很好吃。
我尝了尝,味道真的一言难尽。
