一枚超爱做早餐的博士妞~

以前会为了摆盘花费很多时间、后来几年坚持下来熟能生巧、基本做飯摆盘都可以10min之类搞定了


而且都可以当健身餐吊打~


起床把鸡蛋、胡萝卜,虾扔一个锅里煮煮煮~

与此同时,热牛奶、烤吐司都是2min就搞定的事儿

几分钟后扔出来切一下就ok了、


至于摆盘、真的多试试、自己就有感觉知道怎么搭配最好看了,空间设计也好、颜色搭配也好。


我喜欢白色绿色黄色的搭配

看起来非常小清新

所以自己经常这么搭
