This soup is also very simple to make Learn with me✌🏻

👉First you need to prepare the ingredients: Mushrooms Luncheon Meat Scallion White Ginger cilantro eggs 

👉Then prepare the seasoning: Appropriate amount of lard sweet potato flour to thicken(< span class="s2">Plenty/The thicker the better !)

👉Start making when you're ready!

幸福❤️两人食 | Day12 暖暖浓香 蘑菇午餐肉丝蛋羹汤🍲



今天的第三份菜式分享是格格最近自己创造的适合冬天的浓汤"蘑菇午餐肉()蛋羹汤"! 这款汤老少皆宜 浓浓香气 养胃暖身 一起动手做给心爱的人喝吧😍

这款浓汤的制作方式也是十分简单的 跟我一起来学吧✌🏻

👉首先需要准备食材: 香菇 午餐肉 葱白 香菜 鸡蛋 

👉然后准备调料: 适量猪油 红薯粉勾芡(多量/越浓越好喝!)

👉准备好就开始制作啦!

Setp①香菇切薄片 午餐肉切细丝 葱白切薄片 

Setp②首先取少量猪油将葱白爆香 再加入香菇和午餐肉丝爆香!这样可以让汤更香更浓!

Setp③接着加入少量盐矿泉水加姜丝一起熬煮 煮到水开倒入水淀粉!再调入蛋羹 最后加入香菜增香🤤

(BTW:其实可以不要姜丝 因为就发现喝几口就有姜丝😭懒得挑!)
