一早驅車去了聖地亞哥上面的野生動物園， 距離市區的聖迭戈動物園35英里, 相比聖迭戈動物園，這裡的園區更大，遊客數量更少，並且可以在半開放環境下觀賞，並不是躲車里觀賞動物

這裡的野生，是指動物圍欄很矮或者沒有。


Tiger Trail展示區讓觀眾可以在水底一睹蘇門答臘虎游泳的風採。 我們今天參觀時，老虎正好醒著，而且精神活躍的到處走動，一飽眼福。

 

最後插播一件有趣的事情，三個星期前，我聽說我的日本朋友帶著她四歲的小男生去聖地牙哥Safari野生動物園露營一宿，好玩得不得了。


她說野生動物園內特設了一個小營區，備有舒服的帆布大帳篷，整個program除了有導覽帶領參觀園區還附晚餐點心跟隔日早餐，半夜還會一直聽到獅子老虎大象的吼聲。
