【炸鸡厨房】一种酱料就能做出香到能下十碗饭的麻辣香锅!

其实我是不能吃辣的宝宝,不过这次做的麻辣香锅意外的很成功~下午才吃饱饱的陈先生晚上居然还吃了两大碗饭呢!

其实麻辣香锅非常随性,你想吃什么就加什么😋

我选了火腿肉,午餐肉,包心丸子,莲藕,土豆,花菜,洋葱,芹菜,最后还加了魔芋结🍻

调味料就只需要这个!让我隆重安利一下王家渡麻辣香锅料~ 一大包里面有两小包,我这么多料加一小包还是很够味!(虽然对我来说一包还是稍微辣了一点😂)

最花时间的就是备菜,我用麻辣香锅把土豆和花菜炸了一下,剩下的都切好。葱姜蒜用来爆锅。

下菜顺序我是先葱姜蒜洋葱,然后肉,然后调料包,蔬菜,最后放土豆和花菜,其实间隔时间都很短,这顺序也不太有差别啦,不过洋葱一定要先炒香噢!麻辣香锅里面的洋葱意外的好吃!

混合好之后就接着小火慢炒个十多分钟,等食材都入味了就可以出锅啦~出锅之前可以加葱花,香菜,白芝麻来增香,我还加了点麻油哈哈哈!

不能吃辣的我俩都忍不住差点吃完了一整锅,最后还是理智让我留下了一小碗明天下饭哈哈😂
