Homemade chili red oil, divine sauce?



Do-it-yourself chili red oil has different aromas. In fact, I have never been able to figure out the difference between chili red oil and chili oil. What is spicy and what is fragrant, I can't tell the difference. In the end, there are too many versions to see, and it is even more unclear, and then I just ignore it and develop a version that suits me.


I've always wanted to do it, and found it useful. But since I made it, I have used it to make a dish that day, and then I have been keeping it in the cabinet.

Dosage:
Appropriate amount of oil
Moderate amount of chili noodles
Appropriate amount of star anise
Moderate amount of cinnamon
Moderate amount of grass fruit

appropriate amount of sesame
Moderate amount of pepper
Appropriate amount of ginger
Appropriate amount of onion


step:
1. The whole process is medium and small fire. First fry onion and ginger, fry the fragrance and then remove;
2. Add star anise, cinnamon, strawberry, cloves, fry the fragrance and remove;
3. Add chili noodles (with a little water) and stir until there is no steam. Add pepper powder and stir.
4. Add white sesame seeds, stir, soak for 24 hours before use, store in a cool place.


It looks very appetizing. When you want to make spicy dishes, add a little and fragrant~

自制辣椒红油,神级酱料?



自己做辣椒红油有不同的香味。其实一直搞不清楚辣椒红油和辣椒油的区别。什么辣什么香的,傻傻分不清楚。最后看的版本太多就更不清楚了,然后就不管了,发展了适合自己的版本。


一直想做,觉得很有用。不过自从做了以后,除了当天用它做了一道菜,然后就一直安分的呆在柜子里了。

不过确实很香~总会有用的吧。


——菜谱来了——

用量:
适量 油
适量 辣椒面
适量 八角
适量 桂皮
适量 草果
适量 丁香
适量 芝麻
适量 花椒
适量 姜片
适量 葱段


步骤:
1. 全程中小火。先炸葱,姜,炸出香味后捞出;
2. 加入八角,桂皮,草果,丁香,炸出香味后捞出;
3. 加入辣椒面(加了一点水的)搅拌到没蒸汽。加入花椒粉搅拌出锅。
4. 加入白芝麻,搅拌,浸泡24h后使用,阴凉处保存。


看着就很有食欲,想做辣菜的时候加一点,喷香~

可能算不上神级酱料,但绝对是必备呀~
