1. One bag of Korean mochi bread flour (two bags in one box)

3. Water ............................... 70 ml

After the oven is preheated to 350 degrees, put the bread flour, eggs and water together and stir, knead until the mixture is even and there is no flour as shown in the picture, about five minutes

廚藝白癡也能做出神料理👩‍🍳


前一篇曬單中有買了一個韓國麻糬麵包粉,之前都在韓國超市買,第一次買就深深愛上它的方便性與口感。絕對是一個CP值高的必買物! 這次在亞米上看到,馬上放入車車中帶回家 🤗


現在來看看一下是要怎麼做👩‍🍳

需要準備器材:

1. 攪拌盆

2. 烤箱

3. 量杯

4. 烤盤


1. 一袋韓國麻糬麵包粉(一盒有兩袋)

2. 蛋 .................... 1顆

3. 水 .................... 70 ml

4. 奶油 少許


準備就緒就可以開始了!

烤箱預熱350度後,把麵包粉、蛋、水放在一起攪拌,揉到混合均勻沒有粉如圖,約五分鐘







接著把原來的麵團分成八小塊滾成圓形,麵團不用滾的太完美因為最後烤完看起來不太明顯,烤盤和麵團上我各抹上一層椰子油或者奶油💗 麵團間的距離如圖分開些, 因為最後會膨脹的快兩倍大




看每個人的烤箱溫度,烤到表皮呈現美麗的黃褐色,約35分鐘~這是正在烤的麻糬麵包.... 屋裡都是滿滿的烤麵包香味~好吃又香噴噴的麻糬麵包登場囉!外面酥脆、裡面則是柔軟有嚼勁的麻糬口感,加上自己喜歡的奶油、果醬、楓糖漿和蜂蜜,再配上一杯espresso... ☕ 好吃到五分鐘內都被一掃而空😆
