这些酱料都是平时烹饪常用的,其中蒸鱼酱油我是第一次尝试六月鲜的牌子(之前一直用李锦记),这次买来,对比一下两者的区别。萝卜老鸭汤炖料是在晒货区被种草的,小村儿所在的农村太难买鸭子了,考虑买只鸡来试试这包炖料。卤水汁是家里做卤牛肉必备的,我就是很爱那个味道,觉得自己用大料什么的都没法做出卤水汁特有的味道。
