[Fried Chicken Kitchen] Simple and fast high-protein and low-fat chicken tofu meatballs seafood soup~

I have been overeating too much in the winter, and I want to start my health recently. By the way, I will share with you some of my original healthy recipes~

The 300g chicken tofu balls I made have about 36g protein. Although I don't have the life to exercise, I have the heart to exercise.

This is the only condiment I use today, and I can easily use Amway Kangbao's soups and various soups!

I don't know if the soup is a sauce hahahaha, but this soup bag is really delicious and convenient!

Chicken balls ingredients: 150g minced chicken, 110g minced tofu, carrot mushrooms are optional, this time I was too lazy to soak mushrooms, so I added about 50g chopped carrots, I added pepper, a little soy sauce, chicken powder and Salt. Just a little salty, just eat it lightly haha

After mixing, roll into 30g balls


After the water in the pot is boiled, put the balls, corn, and edamame (any side dish you like), then pour in half a pack of soup, and cook the balls~

Before serving, you can add an egg liquid to make egg drop soup~

【炸鸡厨房】简单快手的高蛋白低脂鸡肉豆腐丸子海鲜汤~

之前入冬暴饮暴食太多了,最近要开始养生,顺便跟大家分享我原创的几个健康菜谱~

我做的这个鸡肉豆腐丸子300g有大约36g蛋白质呢,虽然我没有健身的命但我有健身的心啊嘻嘻

今天用到的调味料就只有这个,顺手安利康宝的汤料各种汤料!

不知道汤料算不算酱料哈哈哈哈,但是这个汤包真的很好喝很方便!

鸡肉丸子配料:150g鸡肉绞碎,110g豆腐捏碎,胡萝卜香菇随意,我这次懒得泡香菇了就加了50g左右胡萝卜碎,调料我就加了胡椒,一点生抽,鸡粉和盐。稍微有点盐味就好了,吃清淡一些哈哈

搅拌好之后搓成30g的小球


锅里水烧开之后下丸子和玉米,毛豆(自己喜欢的配菜都可以),然后倒入半包汤料,把丸子煮熟就可以啦~

出锅之前可以加一个鸡蛋的蛋液做成蛋花汤~
