废话少说,开锅!


因为是测评,给大锅子出两道题,一个闷排骨,一个干


炒蔬菜,看看这大锅子能力究竟如何~


看它的简历说是一锅多用炒煨闷蒸煮全能型的。


大锅子做菜是很方便的,可以炒的量大,而且不会把油


和菜溅得到处都是。这个锅子虽然大,但是特别轻便。


锅子加热非常迅速,开到大火一下子水就开了。


看下图,发热心是个W的形状,挺可爱哈哈~


但是!🔌插头插上以后指示灯并不会亮,所以锅子开


没开你只能靠它发热来知道,而且锅子只能调节low to


High 的热度,开关只能靠插头~





来第一题,开始炖排骨~


1 把水烧开,把排骨姜片放入大锅里泡温泉去除血水


2 排骨沥干水份用料酒,姜葱蒜爆香。锅子的不沾图层


不用担心排骨变焦,所以想怎么爆就怎么爆~


3 加入所有配菜调料和水:红萝卜,鲜蘑菇,桂皮,


八角,香叶,一丢丢花椒干辣椒等等。


然后调味:料酒,糖,盐,生抽,老抽,胡椒等等


4 让它自己闷煮45分钟完美!

由于这锅子是控温的,所以闷煮的时候是滚半分钟,

受热的同时也能节省耗电,不像平常炉子一样一直开


着火。所以大冬天里用这个大锅子打火锅真心棒棒哒!

大锅子热得速度飞快,开到中温一眨眼速度油就热沸腾

看到买锅子的评论说锅盖螺丝松,还有漏电什么的,


我占时还没有遇到....锅子应该还是挺安全的~
