作为一枚李锦记酱料真爱粉,他家的酱汁几乎都尝试过,大合照是目前家中的囤货。






最爱的要数👇下面这五款。从左到右依次是:调味鸡汁,黑椒汁,XO酱,蒸鱼豉油和特级蚝油。





调味鸡汁通常会放在汤里,加一些可以提鲜,和蚝油搭配在一起做gravy拌在土豆泥里也非常棒!

黑椒汁主要是腌制肉类,比如之前小村儿推荐过的腌制牛排秘方;会有些许胡椒的辣味,但小宝宝也可以接受;

XO酱就是快手拌酱啦!家中没菜了,拿他拌个面和饭都好吃😋

蒸鱼豉油是蒸鱼必备啊,比普通酱油多了一分鲜甜,每次蒸完鱼的酱汁我还会留下来做肉类的时候搭配使用,味蕾会有多重体验;

蚝油是中餐的灵魂吧,几乎每道菜都可以放,特级的真的会更鲜,开盖也没有海腥味儿。


👇三款是卤味必备的快手卤汁,一瓶可以分三次,炖相同的肉类还可以多次使用,鸡和牛会串味,通常我会分开卤。





五香卤水汁顾名思义就是多了五香的味道,我个人更推荐普通的卤水汁做卤牛肉,瑞士汁做鸡翅真的很美味,比卤水汁多了甜味,卤汁还可以保留第二天做牛肉面的汤头什么的,算是家中必备的卤味酱料啦!
