【Marutai Fishbone Tonkotsu Ramen】 I actually tried Marutai's ramen three years ago, and I would like to recommend this Yujie pork bone flavor. Compared with the previous ones, the feature of this one is that it can be made in three ways: ramen, tsukemen (tsukemen) and fried noodles! ! ! Since a pack only serves two people, I made two types: ramen and tsukemen. Tsukemen is the noodles and soup are served separately, and the soup is richer. Taking this as an example, the tsukemen are mixed with 150g of water, and the soup noodles are 250ml. When the fish bone meal is taken apart, you can smell the strong aroma. After the noodles are cooked, they can be washed with cold water again, which is very elastic! The salty and umami tastes are very obvious, because the soup of the tsukemen noodles will be thick enough to hang on the noodles!
