Beidao Beef Tongue Cake vs Sudao Beef Tongue Cake

Beidao's ox tongue cake was delivered when Su Dao's just started eating, so I took it apart and wrote a comparison post.

Su Dao's is pictured on the left, Yami's self-operated, well packaged when delivered. Beidao's picture is on the right, domestic direct mail, I don't know how long it was delayed at customs, and the box was shrunk when it was delivered. Not to mention the price difference, Yami's snacks are always much cheaper than direct mail.

However, in terms of taste, I am a big fan of Beidao. Every year when I return to China, I buy a few pounds from his specialty store and bring it to the United States to eat slowly. For the dim sum that both companies have, such as ox tongue cake, hawthorn guokui, etc., I also feel that Beidao is completely overwhelmed by Sudao.

Beidao is on the left of the picture below, a box of six. It is not vacuum-packed, but the inside of the bag is a box with a lid; the picture on the right is Su Dao, a box of nine, vacuum-packed but without a lid. The shelf life of Sudao is much longer than that of Beidao (this may be the reason why Yami chooses Sudao?)

From the color point of view, Bei Dao is very appetizing at first sight. Haha, Su Dao is really light and bright in color, which is a bit unreal. I dare not add filters because it looks like fake.

Su Dao has a dry skin, and the stuffing has a scallion flavor. From the ingredients list, it is because it has more scallions and less lard than Bei Dao. Vegetarians may only choose Su Dao, I think traditional Chinese dim sum is delicious only with lard.

I wouldn’t think Sudao was bad if I didn’t compare it with Beidao, it might be 60< The difference between span class="s2">points and 80points, one can be eaten slowly every day, and the other can be eaten in one bite. can not stop.

However, even if it tastes dry, it feels less oily, so every 100gram is also higher than that of northern rice (of course, both of them are considered as snacks with relatively high calories).

If you have never eaten ox tongue cake, please kindly remind that this is a salty snack. Although Beidao's ox tongue cake is highly recommended, everyone should try it according to their own taste. Again, don't hoard a lot without eating it, just in case you don't like it.

Finally, I strongly urged Yami to sell northern rice, which is really much better than Sudao(•͒⌄⚈͒)< /span>
