But in fact, the flower cake and beef tongue cake do not need the too obvious surface layering of egg yolk cake, so I usually use Dakaiquan to make it, which is more convenient and time-saving.
Bake the flower cake for a long time, otherwise the filling may be too dry (Picture 4 is the first time I made it, it is obviously in better condition 😂 I really can't make it in a very anxious state)
