Four ingredients in the fried chicken kitchen can make sweet and fluffy banana pancakes

Recently, pancakes are really poisoned. Every morning when I open my eyes, I want to eat pancakes😂😂😂 It is really convenient and delicious. It is the motivation of the day.



This banana muffin is not only easy but also healthy and hassle-free. It only takes less than half an hour to prepare and make, the calories are less than 500 calories, and no additional sugar is needed. For someone like me who has acne-prone and sweet-smelling skin, bananas are like mothers.



All the raw materials only need one banana, one egg, 55g low flour and 70g milk (I use almond milk, recently I only drink soy milk and almond milk).

1. Beat eggs and milk with an electric mixer until foamy (about 5 minutes)                                                                           Like cake, it is not easy to cake with egg whipping)

Put a layer of oil on the frying pan, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan and slowly pour it into the pan and fry it for about 5 minutes. When the air holes appear on the surface, turn it over and fry it for another 2-3 minutes.

The banana itself is sweet, so I don't add sugar to the muffins. I prefer to add honey or syrup after making the muffins, so that the muffins will not taste too dry.

Different from the soufflé muffins that I made before, which were light and cake-like, this time I made soft and waxy banana muffins, which were completely different but still delicious.

炸鸡厨房四种食材就能做出香甜松软的 香蕉pancake

最近真的pancake中毒,每天早上一睁眼都想吃pancake😂😂😂主要是真的很方便而且美味,简直是一天的动力。



这款香蕉松饼不但简单而且健康无负担。全部准备到制作过程只需要不到半个小时,热量不到500卡而且不用另外加糖,对于我这种痘痘肌又噬甜的人来说香蕉简直是亲妈。



全部原材料只需要一根香蕉,一个鸡蛋,55g低粉和70g奶(我用的almond milk,最近都只喝豆奶杏仁奶这种)。

1. 鸡蛋加奶用电动打蛋器打到发泡(大概五分钟)
                                                                                    
                         2. 加入过筛的低筋面粉搅拌均匀(我都懒得翻拌了,毕竟不像蛋糕,用蛋抽不太容易结块)
                                   3. 香蕉碾碎加入面糊中(可以加一点朗姆酒或者香草精提香)

平底锅抹一层油,舀一勺面糊缓缓倒入锅中小火盖锅煎大概五分钟,等表面出现气孔了翻面再煎两三分钟就好啦!

总共卡路里不到500,美味又饱腹!

本身香蕉带甜味所以我做松饼没加糖,我更喜欢做好之后自己加蜂蜜或者糖浆,这样松饼吃起来口感也不会太干

不同于我之前做的口感轻盈像蛋糕的舒芙蕾松饼,这次做了软软糯糯的香蕉松饼,完全不一样的口感但是依旧美味。
