12-1-2018 Dinner "Mentaiko Noodles"

But because of excessive shopping, sometimes you really forget what you bought?

I bought "Mentaiko" last 2 weeks and found out after reading the list.

I also bought Mentaiko.

Hurry home and check it out, fortunately it's not ugly.

Lucky me.

My meal tonight is "Mentaiko Noodles"

Material:
Fried noodles.
S&B's garlic, olive oil&chili perpper  seasoning.
Mentaiko.
Simple cooking method:
1: Cook the noodles in hot water, the noodles must be spread out, and then it will slowly soften into the pot.
2: Pour additional olive oil into a large bowl (how much depends on your personal taste).
3: Squeeze in some mayonnaise (how much depends on your personal taste).
Mentaiko. It's fish eggs.
This one has been pickled.
Cut open with a knife, then use a spoon to scrape out the roe inside.
4: Scrape it out and that's it. Add to the olive oil mayonnaise just now.
5: S&B's garlic, olive oil & chili perpper seasoning There are 2 ingredients in one package.
To add is the sauce packet.
6: Stir evenly.
7:  After the seasoning is done, the noodles are almost cooked.
Add the seasoning and stir together.
Allow each strand of noodles to be coated in the sauce. Moisturize.
8: Add Japanese sausage and serve.
Sprinkle S&B garlic, olive oil&chili perpper  powder packet
Just stir and eat.
The texture is super good, slightly spicy, it should be from "Mentaiko".
There is mayonnaise and olive oil for the whole pasta, which is not very dry.
Mentaiko is not too fishy after marinating. I accept it.
Since I personally am not a big fan of pasta, I switched to noodles myself.
Plus drinks are: mango flavored soda.
Last month of 2018.

12-1-2018 晚餐”明太子面“

但是由于过度的购物,有时候真的忘记自己买了些什么?

上2个星期买了”明太子“看了人家晒单才发现。

我也买了明太子。

赶紧回家查看,幸好没丑。

幸运的我。

我今晚餐是”明太子面“

材料:
炒面的面条。
S&B的garlic,olive oil&chili perpper 调料。
明太子。
简单煮法:
1:热水煮面,面一定要散开,然它慢慢的软进锅里 。
2:在一个大碗倒入另外的橄榄油(倒多少就看你个人口味有多重)。
3:挤入一些些蛋黄酱(挤入多少就看你个人口味有多重)。
明太子。是鱼卵。
这款已经腌制过的。
用小刀剖开,然后用勺子把里面的鱼卵刮出来。
4:刮出来就是这样。加入到刚刚的 橄榄油美乃滋里面。
5:S&B的garlic,olive oil&chili perpper 调料 一包里面有2份的料。
要加的是酱料包。
6:均匀的搅拌。
7: 调料做好后,面条也差多不煮好了。
加进调料一起搅拌。
让每一根面条都要被酱料包裹着。滋润着。
8:另外加了日本香肠,上碟。
撒S&B的garlic,olive oil&chili perpper 粉料包
搅拌一下就可以开吃了。
质感超好的,有微微的辣,应该是来至”明太子“的。
有美乃滋和橄榄油整个面汁,不会很干。
明太子腌制过也不会很腥。我是接受的。
由于我个人不是很喜欢意大利面,自己改用了面条。
外加饮料了是:芒果味汽水。
2018年最后一个月。
我要找找家里有什么囤货,要把他们清掉。
