【秀羊厨房】香煎豆腐


复习比较耗脑,豆腐补脑。

这道香煎豆腐超级下饭!

虽然做的过程时间长一点,但做出来真的馋哭隔壁小孩🧒


👇就是成品了,做给朋友吃过,好吃到停不下来




需要豆腐两块切成片👇

准备油,葱,蚝油,生抽,糖,蒜,淀粉。

葱切成葱花。

三四颗蒜剁碎。


调料碗:蚝油生抽1:1或者蚝油稍微多一点。

               加入剁好的蒜,加入少许白糖。

               加入一小勺淀粉和少许清水搅匀备用。




然后我们来煎豆腐。

这个过程稍微耗时间一点,但美味值得等待!


小火,少油,煎至金黄👇翻面,直到煎至两面金黄就可以把所有豆腐捞出来了,




👇像这样,因为油放的少,所以不担心吃起来油腻,这时候豆腐已经熟透了。




这是调好的料碗和切好的葱。


我们把国内多余的油倒掉,把豆腐倒回锅内,淋上酱汁,翻炒,大火收汁,然后撒上葱花炒匀。就可以出锅啦!!
